Dual rep SFIs are always either dual-prop themselves or fitted with a web, so wouldnt have really mattered
But yeah dual prop cynabal can be mad sexy until you encounter someone with a web.
Edit : Kane's SFI is mad sex for lowsec, but not really made for null.

So a ton of people were baiting (very poorly) in trolldeulf.
First, an armor gang sat a cane on station with 2 guardians, and 2 megas floating around. They left, then a raven undocked and attacked it. The cane docked and they decided to wait until the raven was deagressed before blobbing it. Sard showed up in a drake and started shooting all the flashy reds, but nobody would come off station.
Uberlisk looked the raven pilot up and sees that all of his kills are with a falcon. Also, its a no propmod, buffer tanked scram web raven. It has a heavy neut, and I dont have skirmish links, so i cant just orbit outside of its neut range in an eccm fitted drake.
Sard goes for it anyway, and as expected, the falcon decloaks, jams him, then the raven warps off. Raven pilot begins shitting up local. Sard is annoyed, and goes to get a ship more suited for killing things with falcons. We search for him in the isto pocket, but shockingly, he is gone (but not offline). I go to run a locator in hedal, and am told that he is out of range. Some other people I ask to locate tell me the same thing, so we decide he jumped into a worm hole.
Ryuichi probes out the wormhole in half, and I warp to it. However, as soon as I land, a maelstrom (the falcon pilot inside it) scrams me. I jump into the wormhole, unscouted. He doesnt follow, since he would be locked inside. I dscan, see 1 pos and a bunch of bubbles, bookmark the wh and warp off. A few minutes later, the raven pilot finds me, and lands 200km off me with a drake. The maelstrom jumps back in and warps to me, then I warp to the wh and jump out.
The maelstrom eventually jumps back, and I go shoot at it and the drake for a bit, killing most of their drones before having to warp off. Eventually, the drake leaves and go to keep the maelstrom interested while gunpoint reships. (Sard had to go to class, and ryuichi got killed by delait on a gate). I stay there as long as I can, letting my drake go into armor so DP can get a point in his devoter. 2 delait canes (fleeted with us) land and the maelstrom jumps through. DP immediately jumps, decloaks and puts his bubble up.
I land after repairs just after ryuichi's cynabal and we all jump. The raven pilot comes back in a scimitar as the maelstrom is dying. The cynabal and I burn right at it and make it our bitch. I pod him out of the wh. The maelstrom then dies, after heroically trying to kill first the hictor which is pretty much invincible, then a drake, instead of shooting at the canes doing more damage and neuting him while having less tank.

I was going to write this battle report out in the style of a rhyme, or perhaps Dr.Seuss, but fuck it I couldn’t be bothered.
So anyways Kwark and myself were out in deepish null (for only 2 of us), flying about. We found another gang that we couldn’t fight camping a gate somewhere, so we decided to get out to X-70 to dock up and log off for the night. We had noticed a pair of canes passing through the system we were currently in, heading in the direction we were, so if we found them on the way, fights on.
Kwark spotted the Canes jumping after a Thorax on the outgate of our next jump. Bastards, going after the majestic beauty that is the Thorax, they must be punished!
I warp to the gate they are on at 50, one Cane immediately warps off, thinking he can turn around and warp to gate at range on me…. Who falls for that tactic really…. I burn in to get point because I was being timid so far. Launch EC-600s, engage remaining cane, previous cane drops in behind me at 70 to gate, Kwark then also lands somewhere. Call primary as my first target, we find that they are shield tanked and lasers slice him up.
I accidentally get within 11km of my primary at one point before going….well shit I’m too close. Sensing their master was in danger, my loyal EC-600s use their magical powers to protect me. Or that guy was pretty bad, I don’t know.
I mistakenly forget that I have to target the other cane to set my drones on him, and Kwark gets scram webbed and is being neuted. Fixing that problem, the first cane tries to get away, but then turns around, or massive indecision, and he dies.
My drones, in full battle glory, get a pro jam cycle off on the secondary allowing Kwark to strip the Cane of some rust as his microwarp cycles up. This cane is likewise shield tanked, yet with a web. His less than ample buffer starts to drop as he burns over to me into medium neut range, reducing my cap to 10%, and shields to 25% (Harb shields = not that great). He drops quickly. There will be no attempts on the endangered Thorax on my watch! GF’s were said in local, turns out they probably were firing the wrong ammo at my Harb, as they asked what my fit was in local. Not to be a bad sport, I told them.
Kwark gets both killing blows: http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=10538701 http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=10540393
I was stuck out in X-7O, was going to ask Richard to scout me out, but I did it myself. Fuck you frigate gangs!

It looks like one of them died without ammo in his guns, and the other had the right ammo type.

That may have been why I stopped taking damage from him....

Random insight while looking about at the eve items data: quantity of supercap skillbooks sold is an indicator of future supercap demand, with a month lag. Quantity of supercap BPOs sold is an indicator of future supercap supply, with a few months lag.

Weren't you guys talking about a CSAA before I left?
And all those officer fitted ship kills are just... wow...
(Still 6 more days I'm out of the country, then I'll be back to pew pew)

We killed the vaga though. And in the end, isn't that what PvP is all about.

Instant switch to my Salvager after I dock back after a mission?!

you do still get 30 seconds from docking so i assume you need to wait that but once inside station you can swap as many times as you like without extra timer.

since when did you get 30 seconds from docking? you can dock and undock immediately.

You can't switch ships for 30 seconds after you dock. That session change will still be in effect.

I was almost positive there was no dock/undock timer, but Karah and Ueber are probably 2 people I don't argue EvE mechanics with ;p
I really thought so ETT, I've definitely docked and undocked very quickly (perhaps 30 sec had already gone by), I cant recall ever getting a warning though.
