It looks like our sov set up has attracted our first challengers. The hatchery In the words of travis bickle lets get ourselves organiazied and put some time into making their lives an expensive misery. Whoever has rights to do it also needs to eject Pimpin Aint Easy as well. I apologise for what its worth I originally spoke to him and he seemed fine. We have a lot of new guys and corps these days and we need to think a bit about how we're going to vet them. Its not my call anyway but a fully closed sponsor only recruitment system is a big step. totaly worth it staying up until 4:30 and hanging here at work with a little bit less than 3 hours sleep!!!!! in addition it was a great experience to fly a drake first time in pvp fleet combat. even though i lost him right at the end due to making the wrong decision and warpin on kwark at 70 instead of 100. what happend was that we were all aligned and burning off warpin point when the enemy fleet landed on us. i was flying at the end of our group and had the enemy fleet warping on me at about 15 or max 20 so i decided to warp directly. after landing at the align point i turned around and warped to kwark while the remaining fleet was burning further out into my direction. the whole nanodrake fleet combat is a lot deeper than i experienced from a rifter point of view. was a lot of fun and gave me a much better insight how our fleets work. what to learn from the whole fight and what may be interesting for other "younger" pilots: 1. when fleet is burning better warp at 100 and not be able to engage instantly as to land directly in the enemy fleet and getting blown up  2. 9k scourge fury are WAY to much. maybe better only bring around 3-4k 3. i wasnt really prepared beforehand for the combat but in future have stock of EM dmg missiles too 4. bring more nanite! its really important to get your damaged mods repaired | ||

Stay out of scram range, press f1 on the primary, and tell the fc what you are pointing and if/when you lose point. | ||

beeing on the field and understanding the intention behind kwarks orders is a lot deeper than orbit at 500 and press one button on command and even that button you dont get to press often^^ | ||

Turns out, in that moment of turning around w/ MWD enabled I got blown the fuck up from 50% to 25% shields. So I immediately tried to turn back around again to warp out, but got melted right before I could activate dip mode. Noob life. Edit: Literally died over the course of ten seconds. Very depressing, definitely going to fit a DCU instead of gyro in one of those lows next time. And for reference, I was flying the jag because all my rifters are contracted to Orandos awaiting shipment to Sara.
