Double good, since now our salvager will appear on the hull instead of a silly magical beam of sperm shooting from a random point.

So much win. Been quite a pain figuring out how the old system agents worked with the new system from agent finder. Agent Rangefinder been very helpfull sofar, but really lacked filters to sort for security - agent level. Wondering thou, I've been kinda exploring PvE while the rifter is still getting more skills on a second account. It started with me doing lvl3's in Amarr space in a 0.6 system, and well I kinda messed up my standings by not realizing what faction warfare ment, but not too horrid. Currently able to do the lvl 4 missions, and it's going quite ok. I'm running a paladin and salvaging with an alt in a noctis. Probably not the fastest, but I'm having good fun with it for now while learning the missions. I'm bit stuck on the part on how to proceed with my wasting time/grinding isk pattern and where I should be heading with it. At the moment while I'm still trying to figure out how LP conversion works and getting around to make some proper spreadsheets, I've been handed the AE mission a few times. Paladin + Angels, is not the fastest thing so I discovered, but a post on eve survival was quite interesting about farming the mission. The salvage is pretty good, bounties are great, but my clearning speed on the mission is horrid... takes almost an hour. Now the idea proposed there was to farm this mission, giving you about ~40mil with bounty/loot each go. So I was wondering, I'll soon hit 5.0 Amarr standing and unlock every lvl 4 amarr agent basicly. Stacking up on this mission with all the agents around the trade hub within like 4-5 jumps and chaining it in a specialized clearing ship chaining few missions in row could net some decent isk income. I'm pretty sure it's not great way to make money, but I guess AE could be doable in 30(?) mins in a mach, doubeling that income or at least increasing it some considering the time decrease. There is probably all sorts of wrong with my plan, but I'd like to hear some feedback on it and if I'm taking the right direction with it. In the meantime I'll just be researching where to find good 0.5 systems and/or grind up standing with corps for some lp blitzing like everyone is talking about. Sixpool ingame ;_;

Sixpool ingame ;_; Although you'll get people telling you to do this and that, I usually think the best think you can do, Is play around and find what works for you. It's a good enough plan, and although you won't be getting a -very- good isk/hr ratio it's not bad. The one thing I would worry about with this though, Is burning out pretty quickly. I appreciate that the large majority of missions are similar, and provide very little deviation from the 'Warp in, Kill stuff, Take a Gate, Kill Stuff, Done' routine, but they are at least slightly different. Running the same mission however many times followed by salvaging and looting it would, in my opinion, get tedious rather quickly. I'd recommend just playing around and finding something that's most enjoyable to you. This is a game after all. As for LP Conversions, It's pretty simple to work out what will give you a good return as long as you are willing to put sufficient time into it. Make a spreadsheet, note down/calculate all the potential costs such as Raw Material Costs, ISK Cost for the Conversion itself. Find out the sell prices, and just work it out from there. For example, with my RF Ammo spreadsheet; 1) Raw Ammo Cost for 5000 rounds 2) ISK Cost for Conversion of 5000 rounds 3) LP Cost for Conversion of 5000 rounds 4) Buy Order Price for 1 Round (And another column for 5000 rounds) 5) Sell Order Price for 1 Round (And another column for 5000 rounds) 6) Buy Order for 5000 - 1) - 2) 7) Sell Order for 5000 - 1) - 2) 8) 6) divided by 3) to get Isk/LP for Buy Orders 9) 6) divided by 3) to get Isk/LP for Sell Orders You can also factor in the costs of selling the items, but I didn't bother. Anyway, It only takes a short while to set the spreadsheet up, then just update it periodically with the prices as they are at the current time. Hope I've been some help, and good luck with the missioning. I'll add in that there are MUCH more experienced mission runners out there, particularly when it comes down to Blitzing. I'd look for a post from, or ask KwarK/Pufftrees (and some others too, these spring to mind immediately though) if that's the route you fancy.

To get the most lp/h you want really high faction standing (the closer to 10 the better) and the ability to blitz missions in lowsec for a corp with a decent lp store. The best ship for this method of blitzing is the nanodrake because of its low cost and high speed. The other method of blitzing is getting a maurader/pirate faction bs (nightmare/mach/pally/vargur/golem/cnr/etc) and finding a corp with an extreamly good lp store that has a hisec lvl 4 security agent then using your high faction standings to blitz missions there for a massive isk/lp return. The first method gives you massive amounts of raw lp, however you normally get a lower isk/lp value and you have to deal with pirates and gatecamps and whatnot making it very dangerous unless you happen to be in a very quiet system or are also fit for pvp. The second method is considerably easier if you can stand running around and figuring the isk/lp for almost every item in multiple lp stores. It generally gives you a better return profit wise once you get your faction standings up and is probably what your looking twards doing.
