I just successfully did the equivalent of "do you know who I am!?!? I'm the motherfucking kwark uk now give me what I want!" to CCP in a petition. Dropped the 300 accounts, annual plex consumption of about 1200, bomb on a GM.

I looked through his killboard to see his recent tengu losses, and his fits were identical to that, or they had CN BCS's instead of T2, so I knew he was relatively shitfit, and would have no anti-EM resists.
I don't think he ever knew I got close to him a couple of times, but suddenly he safed up, and I was determined to catch him. I found where he was after a while - his safe was, oddly enough, only a bit over 1000km away from a moon in the system, so I literally just burned after him while he was afk. Downside to that was I have an afterburner, not mwd. So it took a long time. But, like I said, I'm a persistent bastard.
Also, the more, the merrier. I have no probing skills, unfortunately, and I know they would come in super handy in this situation.

I just so happen to have a perfectly skilled (Links + Probing) cloaky quad link loki. So we can do something with that I would presume.

I just put in a petition. I was trying to warp away from 4 machariels that were shooting me. I pressed warp with more than half shields. I was never pointed. My ship then sat there for about 15 seconds with the warp bar full, for no reason. Then I died.
I was sitting there freaking out. Warp bar full, no point on me, not warping. So I took a screen shot when I hit structure.

Notice 5 seconds went by from the time of that picture to the time of my final blow. Yet the picture shows (warping) with a full bar........ we'll see how this petition goes. If I get that "we cannot accept user submitted evidence" crap again (last time I showed them a VIDEO of my pod not warping for about 5 seconds after my ship died while I was spamming warp. They still refused to reimburse me)
I'm going to tell them to look at their logs and see how long it was from the time I clicked warp to the time I died. Then look at the maximum align + warp time of my ship with my skills and fitting (10.2 align time, total of 11 second to warp) and tell me which is greater.

warped 2 a belt 0 fear. Also carriers are super cheap now. that one was like 400m after insurance. Also pretty sure I dunked more stuff with it then I lost.
