Dunno, it's the only part of EVE I've ever enjoyed. Keep in mind I plan to use EVE as something to do while I study, so the fact that I only need to look up and click once every 60 seconds is convenient.

You didn't really answer my question though =(

I was pretty much planning to start up in a couple of weeks so I thought I might as well do that friend invite thing with someone and those 30 days might as well go to someone from TL. Joining the corp is merely an afterthought. Not sure if the consequences of being associated with space rapists would be in my interest either, if I don't plan to do any raping myself.

If you reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally don't want to get involved in any pvp and just want to mine and do industrial stuff..................then I wouldn't recommend Hatchery.

As crazy as it sounds, yes. With a side of other industry related stuff. I played EVE back when it first came out for about 6 months. Back then I tried pretty much every single aspect of the game (available at the time ofc). The only thing I ended up liking, despite my initial ridicule of it, was mining. I always got my pvp needs satisfied from other games (rts, fps, tps, rpg, etc)

Mining in low sec is awful.

If you really WANT to mine, join a null sec alliance with good true sec or sit in empire.

There is really no other profitable way to mine.

Had my closest 1v1 ever, 100 structure left as I killed this guy and we both were surprised that it happened because it was a huge comeback, I was like in hull before he even hit armor and I was so close to dying when I just burst through his hull.

I guess I'm lucky it was so close too because he coulda just warped away if I was stomping him cause lolcoercer 1mid

Well, I've got no clue what the state of alliances are in the game or how to go about finding one to join that'll have me. That still leaves me with a need to do the friend thingy with someone. I guess I'll look into it more when I'm ready to start in a few weeks. =)

How would his chances of joining a more suitable guild be effected by joining Hatchery? Thought to be a spy or similar. If that isn't that a large impact then there is no downside to taking up the deal is there?

no dcu, so no additional resist, that pretty much explain why his hull went down quickly, also, nano + dual prop rig.
he should have gone the fuck out as soon as he get into armor imo... with mwd+nano+prop mods i think he is way faster that a coercer, but well. gg

I forget who it was but I'm an Intrepid Crossing member and a little while back we had a member in a fleet with you TL guys doing some PVP. Someone in our alliance noticed this and said that guy was betraying us

At first I was like "No guys, TL is cool!" and then a week later that guy's corp attacked their own alliance mates. Lol you guys are a bad influence

Honestly if you really want to be in a tl corp, and just want to do whatever you want, spawning pool is fine for that.

I wouldn't reccomend mining in sara but its your funeral.
