If you combine that with her passive in terms of auto attack damage output arachna is beastly; plus she is ranged. But then again madman does look the coolest so it is a tough one. Yeah. That's why pudge and silencer are the hardest carries since they're the only heroes in the game with unlimited stat growth. Silencer's int gain will stop once all 5 enemy heroes have 0 int. Pudge is the hardest carry.
nah it doesn't they just get negative int

no worries, the difference is that puj hits harder and gets tankier while silencer just hits harder, puj ez imo

Worth mentioning that in Hon at least Silencer does True Damage based off his int so that can get really scary lategame.

Valk ult is pretty neat for this too. Tad more practical than farming 5 nullstones.

Has anyone actually tried this? If you can hit someone for more than their current hp in 1 hit will Blademail still trigger and kill you back in return?

Also, pudge eventually becomes so tanky that he can just right click on buildings and ignore silencer (multiple hearts, etc). Not very likely to happen, but neither is a late game pudge vs silencer.
Endgame carry theory craft always gets a little silly though.

Highest potential dps on a single target? No clue I think Dark Lady is up there though. 1v1 carry wars? These are really situational and often depend on who initiates on who. The best carry to pick in a MM game? Valk and Magebane are up there as its so difficult to gank them and stop them from farming. Best carry in the pro scene? Silhouette recently in last weeks games. I think what he means is, if one carry had high farm, when compared to other carries at the same farmed state, which is the strongest? I this SW is a strong contender for hardest carry. If you can get him 2400 or so health (frostwulf and behemoths heart?), then he's extremely hard to bring down, and does huge damage to everyone. Nullfire or mock makes him do obscene damage. While at the same time, Frostwulf slowing everyone and draining some mana. Crazy. Scout is definitely in the conversation. So is Dark Lady.
According to swindlemelonzz Silhouette is the hardest carry in HoN hands down. He even mentioned something about her winning against CD using conduit on her with just autoattacks and not using any skills. Sick.
Might also be a reason why sgty picks her for Tralfamadore every time they can. + Show Spoiler [sgty vs DM] +Annihilation against Dirty Minds isn't something that happens often, isn't it?

Has there been any discussion about HoN getting its own subforum like Dota2 and LoL? TL being a site about competitive games when LoL has no tournaments aside from Riot sponsored events and Dota2 isn't out yet, with IPL/MLG as well as HoNtour (whatever that ends up being) coming up it seems like whoever made the decision to create the subforums didn't really know anything about the scene and just assumed HoN would die when Dota2 came out.

And what would we talk about? There are like 10 people that would be on there

Sounds like the current Dota 2 forums.

Sounds like the current Dota 2 forums. Zing.
With a subforum, discussions can take place about individual heroes as well as competitive events as more and more pick up, it'll certainly be more active than the Dota2 forum will before the game gets released, it's pretty much just the same post over and over right now, "I play LoL and what should I do before Dota2 comes out".

Does DotA have the equivalent of predator (Naix?) that has a passive that does 8% of target's current HP in physical damage and heals for that? That's a good "counter" to a super tanky pudge.

You run into the same paradox of what if Devourer has so much strength his damage is so high he can kill Predator in 1 hit before he can regen?

Pudge wins, since Pred doesnt have an infinite amount of health he'll get 1-shot.

Blademail has a damage cap of 3k. Anything above 3k damage (or below 2 damage) in one hit is ignored. Just to bring some mechanics into this discussion. Also pudgeywudgey could just get a bkb.
