I finished 4.0, came back for 4.1 and was ilvl gated to hell and didn't feel like spending a full week grinding tomes to get back. | ||

ATVI must've provided some kind of outside help. and they've got the resources to do that. | ||

Adventures happen in the open shared world so you will see other players. | ||
