The Wyvern/Dragon thing is interesting, considering that FE10 and FE11 went with "Dracoknight" but FE13/14 went back to Wyvern Rider/Lord. | ||

RD and SD followed the original Japanese naming, but Awakening went back to calling them Wyverns probably because that's more recognizable to most English fans. EDIT: Now that I think about it, the change actually makes sense, because the Japanese text has two "dragon" words (one being the English loan word "dragon" and the other being the actual Japanese word for dragon) that are conceptually distinct. For example, FE7 has "dragons" that are the mounts for Dracoknights as well as "dragons" referred to in the plot e.g. the final boss. Translating them both to "dragon" in the English text would lead to confusion for English readers, so one of them had to change. | ||

For the DS games on, it's not really a problem, as the unit models are actually wyverns, but GBA through Gamecube eras, they were very much dragons. The GBA games were actually the only ones I extensively played in english which is why it imprinted on me so much, but now it's just kind of silly in retrospect. | ||

What I was wondering was if 3 house clear on chapter 8 was feasible, as money is already ridiculously tight on my run right now. Not using any of the dlc items as they still seem too cheesy for me. | ||

That run is also using DLC items to have an 8 mov unit early (Dark Flier Effie). | ||

The growth rate for stats is character rate + class growth rate, so the change on reclassing is the difference between the class rates. | ||

This also applies to statues raising and lowering unit stat caps as well. If you demolish a statue for a stat that someone has capped, the game still remembers that they had 1 more of that stat, so if you rebuild the statue, they get it back. | ||

There are a few units where it potentially could make some difference (e.g. Niles statue raising Leo's Spd cap by 1) but that's so late in the game that it still has very little impact in the grand scheme of things. | ||
