Now it's 1 item per 5 people in a raid, tier is 1 per 10.
Pretty sure tier is 1 per 7 or so. When we raid with 15 people we get 2 tier token.

Yes we have got 3 token many times and peaked ~26 players

well 1 per 10 as in.. 10% chance based on number of people. so a 50% chance for two in a 15 man raid, 60% chance for three in a 26 man raid.
We ran with 22 some, and sometimes we get 5 + 3 items off a boss, and it just feels like a lot compared to our usual 18-20 because of the added chance for extra items.
I could be wrong, I just know the 1 per 5 (20% per additional) is factual, I don't know the tier numbers for certain.

You basically ignore all the mechanics other than the land mines which you shouldn't get hit by anyway. Just make sure cannon bitch is going into her ship phase as you push over to 20% so you never have to deal with the cannons

when i was leveling my like 2nd or 3rd warrior with full heirlooms this time(pants everything) you could almost one shot most dungeon mobs with mortal strike

It's actually pretty simple.
They don't do damage, because you oneshot everything. Anything with cast times, dots or dps that requires any kind of setup is pretty much worthless when warriors, rets, DKs and to lesser extent the other melee specs are present. Considering tanks are melee by definition and horribly overtuned for the lower levels means that everybody else competes for even less damage share.

You can see this effect 90-100 as well, tanks have good base damage and most likely aoe everything, so they'll end up being really high on damage in those dungeons, any class with any setup or dot basis is just boned.
