I still haven't found a spawned gun, but I did crowbar an alt-tabbed dude to death to obtain a ruger. It's hard to find enough food to travel up north. | ||

Make sure you are not hungry/thirsty when you leave for north, take 1 food 1 water and just hit up cities on the way. You will find plenty of food on the way there. Cities in the middle of the map are never looted, that is my experience and even small villages with 2-3 houses have loot inside, plus long white barns are great for food. One more thing, cars almost always have stuff in, open the trunk and side doors to get to the goodies. People miss them | ||

Deer stands from mod no, but in the military area there are covered with camo nets sand bags with little ladder and extra level, those are great for ammo magazines. You cant put stuff in the pots for some reason, we tried to ass well. Guns are quite common in balota btw, might want to try there.
