I remember when I right click mobs as healer, it cast Telekinetic Strike (basically, the first ability you get as a fresh level 1). Now it's more like a puny wand attack.

I just had to sit and reconnect my 4G fifty six times before it stopped giving me a "Invalid login token" error. Now, it'll be fine until my 4g has to be reconnected (or disconnects itself, which it likes to do randomly every few days, forcing a reconnect.) at which point i'll be stuck for another 1-2 hours trying to fix my login issues. Wildstar are telling me its port issues. I can believe that, since i have issues with other games that require ports but those are always peer-to-peer. Not peer-to-server. Either way, i dont know whats causing it buts its pretty bullshit.

It uses the 'autoattack' that is on your bar. If you have TKS it will use that. If you have none then Espers fling their psyblade at them.

i stayed up til like 6am after doing stuff with that warrior / healslinger guy (Zarinz? I'l remember the name after a few days :D) and up now, guess i'l do dailies and farm the rest of the way to 32k today. Meanwhile building a plat bank for inevitably buying like 14 fucking runes at 80 gold each after replacing my weapon and a few bits of gear The DPS spike will be real :D :D :D Sorry for your problems Capped, i've previously heard no complaints of such issues or i would have mentioned them

Once you're done with 32k then the silver adventures are easy. After that the dungeons are where things get real, as you experienced yourself the other day. I actually consider Skullcano to be the hardest dungeon of them all so I find it funny that you started there. When you actually start working towards silvers you will probably start with STL and KV.

That's the lopp event, these guys made it look really easy but if you don't kill the things in time you all just die almost instantly, and at 1:10 you see how much damage the environmental stuff does if you're stood in the wrong place. A lot of people were rolling by accident in random directions, need to rebind rolls to something. Any suggestions for that? Also, what addon does that guy have for removing a ton of stuff from the bottom action bar? I'd like that a lot, was going to make custom actionbars because the default is quite bulky and annoying for me (bottom half of screen super packed with stuff everywhere)

Nothing comes close to the last phase in grokk or the ball- blade phase in trogun.

I thought sc was the easiest one and kv was the hardest. The ledge trick makes the last boss a joke, thunderfoot is just a heatbeat above tank and spank We had a lot of trouble with it and i couldn't do my full DPS on it because tank was trying to dodge some stuff(?) - even after the first ~5 or so wipes for people to learn how the jump mechanic works, and that big leap that you have to stand out of the telegraph and jump from (even the tank) it was still a bit tricky to for everyone to dodge everything and still get healed and do the mushroom mechanic etc. The first boss, having what can be an instant wipe mechanic on a 1.5 second cast is obnoxious, you need good communication and no hesitation to interrupt it. When he chain casts it like single totem, double, triple with no gap between casting as he gets low HP, you need ~9 interrupts in about 10 seconds without overlap. I can't imagine doing it in a PUG. The first time i called an interrupt i had my hand on the other half of the keyboard and with the 1.5 second cast i missed one of my buttons cause i hit 67 instead of 56, he dropped totem on healer and we wiped on the spot, so i'm sure it's easy enough if everyone knows what they are doing but we had a lot of inefficiencies in communication and UI as well as bad gear (my first dungeon, two offspec DPS, they were joking about the tank being bad) which made it very easy for a lot of mechanics in that dungeon to instant wipe us If you call that easy, then i can say it was at least harder than any of the burning crusade and cataclysm 5-mans that i did before any nerfs to those. Other stuff must be really damn hard, or it will become way easier with gear and communication

idk what you think 9 interrupts within 10 seconds is a problem. at the least everyone should have 2 interupts on their bars and thats 10 interrupts. you can do it on a pug but you have to communicate exactly what everyones doing and be on the same page. the fire totems arn't wipe worthy and the fire rains main dps comes from the burn which can be dispelled by a decent medic. even into the pot was nerfed a ton from when it used to be insta death if you got thrown in. Warriors should have 5 interrupts for that fight (teir 8 kick teir 4 grapple and flashbang) to make it easier. Coordination is the key to success in the raids and the dungeons. You won't ever see a raid boss if you pug a raid even if they add in lfr. the mechanics on the trash is thugga level scaled up to 20 man.

I just know the day will come when people laugh at telegraphs and gear will overcome any obstacle. When it comes we'll have the masses to thank for it as we search for a new game ![]()

We took to calling interrupts on voice after assigning the first few (i assumed that would be good enough, as it was for every MMO i played) and it wasn't. I can understand probably not even worrying about wiping if you have a geared, coordinated group but we were neither and the simple fact of being on voice wasn't enough of a bandaid fix to let us kill the bosses without wiping 10-15 times to learn mechanics and progress

As i was picking up quests, they announced that they were about to take the server down for an hour ^.> pretty annoying because i explicitly slept for almost all of yesterday and then sat in illium playing osu for hours, knowing that i'd have time to do them before 10am uk time reset. I've been at pc, ingame, on r/wildstar etc for like 6 hours and i didn't even see the notice that they put up Server came back up, i got them all and finished 2 min before reset. Profits about 1.5p, maybe 2p after selling stuff. Tons of dom rep(?) i didn't check what it was before, as well as ~6 AMP's

Nothing comes close to the last phase in grokk or the ball- blade phase in trogun. The ledge trick is too much of an exploit for me to consider it seriously. His group were all relatively new to dungeons so interrupt rotations are still foreign to them. :D Also how the hell do you consider KV the hardest? That's by far the easiest in my eyes. Second boss only takes a while to get used to.

If anything, yesterday's patch made one of the dungeons harder. I wouldn't worry.

Spend 3-4 hours wiping on last boss and still had the most fun I've ever had in a PvE game.
