So I just started playing again, likely to kill time before FO4, but started with a warrior this time. Is there anyway to dictate where my leap skill lands or is it just timing the distance? I feel so clunky with combat.

I expect even less people than when it went f2p. The game is in a very dire state, which is sad. The raiding was pretty good.

Another pretender to the throne that burned too bright and had its flawed exposed too harshly. It had some truly great content and some incredible features that no one else had or probably will have.

But it had mortal weakness's in its class design and its attempt to have 40 man raids on the launch of a game. This game deserved better but you can make grave mistakes like that when you go at the king.

Aye, Pvp was awesome, we discovered the jump+dodge trick then they took it away and it became boring
(Also them buggy adventures can die)

Some of my best gaming memories are with my Wildstar guild, both in-game and IRL.
Amazing game despite its many flaws.

Oh, so that's why this got bumped... :/

I thought there was so, sooo much potential in the game. One of the many games in the last ~~few~~ several years with so much amazing concept art and fun characters and great ideas that just couldn't make it work in the long run. It was really setting itself up as my childhood dream of an MMO Ratchet & Clank game in a lot of ways.

I hope we see all those artists and devs working on a new awesome game soon. I think one (two?) of the artists actually works at Disney now if my memory isn't failing me.

Also, if anyone plays Starfinder or other sci-fi tabletop rpgs, using Wildstar art and environments here and there with some sprinkling of StarCraft and Metroid, a little Ratchet & Clank/Jak and Daxter, it's great. Highly recommend.
