This Key can not be used to extend a current account by 30 days. after the 30 days is up .. u can then get the "free 10 day trial" that was used to try to get players to return to the game. so you can basically for 40 days. | ||

Couple questions: I wanna play a healing class, so far i read a bit about the differences between Esper, Medic and SS in termes of AoE, range and stuff. What i don't know how they fare in PvP? Do i understand this right that you have to fully commit, meaning i can't play SS and do good damage and then maybe the next time do good healing in a BG/Arena/Whatnot? Like in Rift where i can nuke the shit out of ppl with my Pyro and then next game be the HeroHealer with Chloro? Is playing a Heal even viable for soloplayers (meaning fixed group of friends i can play with)? can i level up and stuff? How are healers treated? (like:"hey you heal like a young greek god!" or more "i just jumped into a stack of 10 enemies and died, why didn't you heal me you N00b!") And last for now: Anyone with me? ^_^ | ||

You start with 2 LAS and can obtain 2 more, so switching between healer and DPS is possible (but not in combat) Medics were OP in PvP for a long time due to fields and having shield heals (warrior + medic was FOTM and pretty unbeatable for 2 drops) Espers are annoying as F cause they can disarm and seem to have infinite CC I don't know much about slinger healers in PvP I don't think they're that good. I should warn you that playing Wildstar for PvP is not a good idea atm, maybe f2p will change that but I doubt it. This game has great PvE content but PvP has never been in a good place. | ||

Something about a new season start, changes to prestige and gear,.. I don't have any first or even second hand experience so, really don't know | ||

They were working on some new ice box arena but I'm not sure when that's due to come out. They've made some good changes to gear and prestige. In the past you had to get 1500/1800 rating to buy tier 2/3 PvP gear which was quite flawed. They've since reduced the impact of gear and removed the rating requirement, you just need prestige now to get the best sets. The last time I PvPed (which is like 3 months ago to be fair), BGs were infested with ppl in PvE gear who just wanted to farm AMP/Ability points, so the games weren't very good. I only ever used Arena for 3v3 wintrading and easy prestige for alt accounts (again, farming AMP and ability points). Glancing at the forums, competitive arena has moved from 2v2 to 3v3 but it's still pretty dead atm. Season 2 is starting soon and might improve things though. But really, if you don't like PvE don't bother with Wildstar  | ||
