Strangely hidden, but marketing wasn't the strong side of W* anyways - thanks ! Also, it does not seem to work if you ever used a trial code on that account before. At least it does not work with either the 7-day-buddy-trial most ppl got with purchasing the game nor the 7-day coda that came per mail a few months ago. | ||

Meanwhile the raiding continues, hopefully 7/9 tonight as we got water/air to 0.5% last Sunday .. Does anyone on TL still play Wildstar btw? Scumbag Parser Aigoo? Artifact soon? | ||

I personally don't really understand the horde of people who say "If the game goes f2p I will stop playing", doesn't really change anything for me The main worry is that the free to play audience is generally focused around easier play with less time investment, pretty much the opposite of the type of content that wildstar had available at launch. Worries about appealing to a horde of low skill, low time investment consumers is what brings things like the ridiculous raid tiers in world of warcraft, where you have four difficulty modes for every boss that you have to progress through because of very ridiculous gear scaling (imagine dinging level 50 and doing 2k DPS, and then finishing GA and doing 6k DPS - you obviously can't do into DS without farming the crap out of GA even if your guild name is Enigma) | ||

None of the DS bosses so far has taken more than 2 full progress raids to kill (that's 6 hours of progress) On the way to pairs we have "accidently" collected all immortal achievements from the 5 first bosses. Back in the days in GA we actually had to schedule special immortal raids for X89 xD They've hit the bosses with a sledgehammer and all classes keep getting buffed. Drop 5 won't be different. VP, Power Link, Bloodthirst will be raid wide resulting in another massive raid DPS increase, so all the pairs will be trivial soon lol. So I wouldn't terribly mind if they add difficulty tiers to raids. The drop 5 raid has a hard mode, that's nice. | ||

I didn't even kill SD and i can make top 10% or so in WoW. | ||
