it wins ~1/3 of the games at 500 elo basically playing creatures and attacking, it's really funny when i watch it play another bot. every 10 games or so people actually chat with it, so i kinda pass the turing test playing completely randomly :D | ||

i thought the traps would cause issues, but it turns out i end up just randomly move my creatures around in those cases. i really want to put in some actual AI, but i think people who do that hook into memory instead of just screenshotting and looking at pixel colors. at this point i can't think of a good algo to decipher attack/health on creatures btw what kind of decks do you play in tourneys? i might give them a try if i ever pull a pao or da | ||

so figure out how many people are in the tournament by scrolling down forever and finding out the total entries, than you simply figure out what percentile your in by your current ranking (taken from MMDOC forums, here are the tournament tiers) Tier 1: top 1% percentile of total tournament subscriber Tier 2: 1% - 2% Tier 3: 2% - 6% Tier 4: 6% - 12% Tier 5: 12% - somewhere between 29%-30% Tier 6: the rest (no reward) I never bothered doing the math when i did jackpot, when I was doing it, I shot for about 200 telo, and got tier 2 consistently, but since then the # of players participating has gone up, and I don't think it's as easy anymore, so I stopped playing it, since it wasn't worth the time investment. Swiss is much better time investment, but cost tickets to enter, so that's the downfall of that. Good luck in jackpot! | ||
