I have great appreciation for you ninja AKA fr3elancer and I may be back after a reset to again lead the Loners into glory upon the battlefield and farmland. With that said, I will not take part in the remainder of this servers life as a sign of protest. I am protesting your server since only protest seems to be your weakness; the fact that you allowed the defending group to cause your server to spike in CPU usage and kill off dozens of minecrafters in-game due to lag is unacceptable behavior as an admin, in my humble opinion. It is my belief and perhaps it is misplaced, that the admins job is to moderate the land they are able to the best of their ability toward the stated goals. As a PvP server I would expect you to facilitate the PvP as a positive action and not allow groups to accuse you into being scared to act. I expect more from my superiors as I would hold myself to that standard. I would also like to assure ALL the groups that there was NO favoritism shown and I was part of all transactions between Loners and ANY party. By allowing the accusations to freeze you into inaction even going so far to as saying; "I just came here to tell you I'm on your side" (when speaking to the gathered war-host sieging the defenders base) -AND- "I'm in a no win situation" (regarding the decision about removing lava altogether in reference to the conflict on the lag and unfair usage) In the most pleasant terms possible I wish you to grow a backbone, as the highest level of authority any player on your server can approach it is imperative that unfounded and baseless remarks by uneducated and hacking players cannot possibly affect your decisions. If in the future this continues to be an issue you can expect for me to leave the server permanently after giving you your dues when donator status is available. TLDR- Ninja is an excellent Admin and works his ass off to make everything work, if you skipped the rest of this post it doesn't concern you and you will be perfectly happy with this server as I expect I will also be in the future. This one decision should not reflect badly upon his decisions as a whole since I have had no issue with him until this time, his approach to the problem is my biggest grief and as very likely one of the top 5 in played time on the server since launch, I have been party to nearly every public patch (aside from block breaking damage, which was genius). I hope this server goes on to be epic in every regard and truely become a paragon of what both Team Liquid, Team Legacy and MineCraft represent Signed Gofarman AKA Mitchell MacPherson PPS- Also, when I refer to that top5 list of played time on the server I would bet my first diamond sword that 3 of the loners would be on that list, I would even go so far as to name them. Zachris, while we disagreed on some of the things you did you served honorably and to not give you your dues would be a slight. You were always there for us, literally, always. Protentus- you spent many long nights in the UK playing on times that were ridiculous and what most people would think were stupid, you led us bravely and I hope to stand along you once again. And ofcourse myself. I can say with all honestly and a bit sheepishly that I logged in the excess of 60 hours in the last 5 days since launch. I will admit it was excessive and if kept this up longer I expect my roommates to start wondering if I am crazy but the server is just that good if you actually attempt to achieve the goal of the server. There is nothing more satisfying then power warring a faction below the threshold and then stealing all there lootz. Epic post <3 You only saw one side of the entire ordeal, but I think tonight's meeting cleared a lot of that up. Look forward to seeing Loners becoming feared once again very soon!

Hermit Aixler at your service. Turned out being a hermit was boring, so I went out and explored the world, made friends and enemies, raided and got raided. It was a lot of fun! I just kept the Hermit faction name, as changing names is terrible for ones reputation. But on the new server, I'd like to be a solo faction again if possible. Just because I'm on my own, doesn't mean I have to be idle.

Part of the fun is being able to start from scratch with diddly and be able to compete with several other factions within hours of starting. I'm not going to lie, I've spent hours on stuff that either wont be or were rarely used. And I'm ready to come right back and do it all over again. It was fun, exciting, and a bit challenging. If you're coming on the server just to build pretty looking things and take screenshots and show all your friends ... you're on the wrong server. This is pvp and whatever construction you were doing might have ultimately been destroyed by someone anyway. Because they decided you were the squishy target to attack that particular day or maybe you just walked past them the wrong way at /spawn.

No, part of the fun is building a nice home and planning for the server to be up for the stated amount of time so you can balance building early and conquering later. I just about finished building, and now the plan is to just reset it back to square one. This server has been so unstable since launch with moves, adding mods, and changing rules that you probably should have waited until the original date if you weren't able to keep things normal. And now a reset? I think I'll move on if this goes through.

There has been little time to enjoy whatever your building brings you. No time to piss off enemy factions and hide safely in your unbreakable fortress. No time to collect toll and defend the road/railway you build. etc. Also, shouldn't we wait a bit longer to see how the current balance works out, to see if it needs any more balancing, before we go to a new server? There was for example talk about adding defensive NPCs tot the server, maybe wait until they are successfully implemented?

I made almost no progress myself, but I could imagine a complete reset would be a bit annoying for people who have put in a lot of time and are looking forward to the "end game". Also, huge thanks to everyone who has put in effort into the running of this server.

A deeply secretive plan was formulated to have a spy infiltrate deep within the heart of the THO clan, using the battle as a diversion to the real plan we can now report that any items of value that WERE within the chests of THO are now nice and snug within Loners chests. Flawless Victory p.s. Thanks for the music box, i had been wanting one of those.

I can see the will to start over for fixing errors made in this start, but I believe you should at least give another week's time (if not even longer) so the people that did build a lot are able to use what they did and not feel like all was in vain.

On top of that you'll have people that didn't really do much or that have recently lost everything also voting yes. While I think the new server has better changes you should really wait to see how things work out. I wouldn't have wasted a few days building a fortress if I knew it was going to be reset the day it was finished and I'm sure many others share the same sentiments. The changes aren't even major enough to warrant wiping everything.
