That's a dick move and in fact I thoroughly dislike NBK and JW all of a sudden. Can't help it.

As Capped say, the picture is much smoother and the display provides lower input lagg et display latency, all of which allows you to play better. It won't make you gain 3 ranks without effort, but it will definitely improve your play. That being said, some people are more sensitive to the framerate change, so the best option would be if you could try one at a friend's or at a store and decide for yourself if it is worth the investment.

And that report button in his profile does not pop-up a screen suggesting wait until Valve deals w him when you click on it. Come on, 2-3 clicks wont steal your time more than you put here to write this.

This is a discussion board not a "hey guys can you spare 2-3 seconds to report this guy for me" board. If we allow you to do it then we welcome others to turn this thread or forum into a voting machine

Resort seems to be based on the layout of cpl_fire back in 1.6, which was used as a competitive map for a few years. Personally I like playing versus smurfs, I think you learn faster playing against them. I never improved as fast in anything in my life as when I was playing Painkiller. That game had such a tiny playerbase that I would face the best 1v1 FPS players worldwide almost every day. I started with almost no 1v1 FPS games experience and after 6 months I was getting good, close games against players that played in the CPL worldtour for $1,000,000.

You generally improve faster playing against better players. It happened to me in LoL and it happened to me in CS:GO. When I started playing LoL I would queue with my friend that was already max level (way back when there weren't a lot of low level smurf accounts). So I had to play smart. In CS:GO I started off in high Silver and my friend was already a DMG and we played a lot together, I kept getting ranks and he just played along. I was also actively trying to improve, getting to know aim maps, training in Deathmatches and stuff. Good fun to see improvement overnight. About SMG.... dayum it's annoying to play against that. P90 only needs 4 bullets to kill you orsomething and it shoots superfast, they jump around the corner and hit the first 4 bullets before an AK can even shoot its second. edit* today is a good day, LE :D
