Also watching liquid finally live up to their potential, especially Nitro and Elige who've been there so long, is awesome!
That probably has more to do with Liquid being the worst pistol team in the history of pro CS than anything.
Good thing they just decided they didn't need pistol round anymore To the first guy, my guess is Valve won't care because the point was to make things more even. I don't think they liked the pistol winner largely being guaranteed the next 2 rounds since you usually full saved. Also, on stream they said liquid won like 70% of their second rounds after losing pistol
It seems like a waste of practice time to focus too hard on your pistol round if you can win the second round anyway.

Which is ironic because Liquid normally wins the second round with pistols versus rifles. They just can't win pistol versus pistol.
It would be except there is a signifcant difference between the pistols. And tbh alot of it s a confidence thing. We all could see that they had a high skill ceiling. Now they have that swag
What is the best M4A4 under $10? I think M4A4 | Buzz Kill (Field-Tested) might be a good option, but I doubt that it wouldn't look as good in the game. What do you think guys? Is there anything better available for that price?

What did he say?
He first appeared on The Richard Lewis show, and this interview alone highlighted some really shady stuff
And in the last days or so, he has brought more more stuff to attention on his twitter.
Its been a while since the big economy changes. Id love to get some opinions on what you think of the eco changes. Have they made the game better/worse in your view?
Also there have been big changes in terms of the guns being used. What are your opinions on this now that some time has passed?
And Id love to hear your opinions on the map Subzero.
It kinda depends, for the economy change, whether you want to see more full-buys or sturdier force/half-buys, or if you think good economy management has more value. I'm kinda neutral about it. At pro level I'm not a big fan, as I think it smoothed a lot those extremely important rounds where a reset could put a team in a very dire situation at like 12-13 scorelines and the likes. I think it removes some oomph from the intensity and tension of those rounds. Then that means more buy rounds in casual games and I kinda like that.
As for the guns, there needs to be something done about the krieg to compensate the effect it has right now *for its price*. It's actually a gun that can be used to challenge an AWP at long-ish range (compared to the usual main guns), and I think it shouldn't be that cheap for that ability.
The economy has changed a lot since I last played but in general it's most important in the first few rounds of each half. E.g., if some idiot on your team buys round 2 after a loss he then forces the entire team to buy, otherwise the team economy is totally screwed when you inevitably lose the round again and you have to save for another 2 rounds but that one guy keeps spending all his money and is entirely ineffective the entire game and you lose because it's basically 5v4.
The economy still confuses me. I never have the instinct when to force or not or if they're going to be poor/rich. Seems like force wars are still a thing. Generally I don't miss the pure eco rounds but they were a part of the game too. At least CTs don't seem to get so screwed for losing one round now. I guess that is a benefit? Also glad to see SG meta dead. Also also: counting is for nerds.
