A witch will probably be using Clarity (mana regen) and Discipline (energy shield), so they will benefit from that. | ||

I'm coming back and I don't know much, but since there's no respeccing I feel like I should make a good choice in my start. Basically I want to build the most annoying character possible. I love "piss off the enemy" characters, even in PvE scenarios because I just enjoy the challenge. Basically lots of kiting, lots of DoT's and annoyances. What might I want to go as for this? | ||
