It's not the character, it's an item they can get. Thought I was braindead and fucked up my freeze flask when I decided to log but nope, Petrify Totem or something. | ||

Super bummed about beyond being gone. I really need to find some kinda fun build to play around with to motivate me for 100 push in this league but ladder seems more scarce than usual in creativity. I guess I could try the new league mechanic too but I wanna see some balance tweak patch note first and have glossary. - Maybe I find some lab farmer build and farm money until I see fun build. - btw u can craft "+7 quality on gems" on weapons wtf?! Did GGG remove twitch integration from their website? That was HUGE for new streamers. | ||

Spells already can't be evaded. That only matters for attacks. | ||

I got Hits can't be Evaded randomly at level 50-ish. The craft costs 3ex, dunno if it rare or not. I'm hunting that +1 totem one myself. Has anyone found it and know the price? | ||

Decided to try a few different builds out. I've heard a Gladiator is probably the safest HC build out there. Is this true? Any good 3.5-updated guides for it? (Ideally with a good levelling section - I don't expect anything Enki-like, but an idea of what gems to be getting when would be nice.) SSF-able would be a nice bonus too, since I haven't really looked into trading/grouping yet. I'll be heading off for the night, but shall request a guild invite in the morning if there's room. | ||

I probably could easily push it into yellow but whiteout capped resistance, no merc-lab and only 3k HP (but Mom and Phase-Acro) the council guys would probably get pretty harsh  .On the positive side: Allready found a Poets Pen and got the Jewellers Touch prophecy (and didn't even accidentally trigger it this time... This time i just triggered my double enchant by accident ).I traded the Pen for exalts (because i don't like playing it) and now i'm waiting for Prices to drop a bit and either pimp out my own char or start a second one  . | ||

Juggernaut is probably more popular right now when it comes to survivability. I think Gladiator might be in a weird spot currently, they tried to make it bleed-oriented and stuff a few leagues ago but idk honestly. And you can build Jugg for pretty much any melee ability. Survivability and regen, endurance charges, loads of free accuracy to make damage/critting nice. There should be loads of guides; don't have one in particular to give you though. ---- Don't know if it's been discussed here but as of 3.5 you can get ALL maps from the 3-to-1 vendor recipe. If a specific map leads to two different +1 tier maps, you just need to try vendoring different combinations of them. I'll use Atoll (T1) as an example: it leads to both Arid Lakes and Iceberg as T2s. If you take 4-5 Atoll maps and just try vendoring different random combinations of them, some will result in Arid Lakes and some will result in Iceberg. Probably tied to a hidden item ID. So there should be no more "hard to reach" maps because they were inaccessible via vendor recipe. Great Atlas news for SSF. On top of Zana missions giving credit for atlas completion as well. Super nice. | ||
