EPTMultiple totems seems to be the "non-hierophants can finally be totem characters too" gem, which i'm fine with. I absolutely HATE HATE HATE how ggg are adding skill-specific buffs to ascendancy classes. Not only does it make the class feel bad if you aren't that one pigeonholed skill, but also it makes the skill feel bad if you aren't that one pigeonholed class. It feels bad in so many scenarios for this weird upside of helping people with no brain figure out how to play a skill. This gem alleviates that issue in the case of totems at least.

If it is when being placed, does it last the full banner duration or only the fortify 0.05 per stage duration? I guess it just has to be tested but the wording seems confusing. On another note, what do you guys think is a good frost blades ascendency? | ||

Hiero only has one node related to brands. It lets you place an additional one, but the extra effects other than that don't seem game-changing, just quality of life. Hard to say right now without actually playing with them. Though worth considering Templar is going to have easier access to the Runebinder keystone as well (I guess Witch isn't too bad tbh). | ||

How important is slayer overleech for survivability? Assassin or Raider are quite tempting for frost blades tbh On a side note I kind of wanted to try out the new impale skills, but the numbers just don't seem great. Scaling pure phys still seems kind of poor when you consider all the mods you can get that improve conversion builds | ||

...the whole Ice stuff is really tempting. Icespear can shotgun apparently and has free pierce attached, Vortex, Arctic Breath and Ice Nova (130% effectiveness!) also have pretty nice numbers. Something something CwC Winter Orb Ice Spear? | ||

Arctic Breath and Vortex seem kind of meh to me. The damage is quite good, so you could use it in some boss spec, but the clear seemed pretty bad. Even with GMP in that vid the arctic breath seemed slow. Vortex likewise you'd have to use it alongside frostbolt since it has a cooldown now CwC winter orb + ice spear or Ice nova does seem pretty good to me tho. Solo winter orb seems like it'd be too little damage, but together you can take advantage of the winter orb chilling for the CwC skill | ||

Oh I actually misread that, thought that let you have +1 BRANDS, not specifically multiple on the same enemy. Yeah that hiero node ain't bad for a single Brand node then. Still don't think it makes Hiero the only brand spec though | ||

just tested on standard and it does work. I wonder if that can be a build, use ngamahu's flame and use CoC in the weapon and another CoC in chest? | ||

Personally if I was going CoC I would do cospri's or some sort of Vagan dagger setup, since it sounds like it will be craftable or a veiled mod or something | ||

I think the multiple totem could be very good if you want to freeze something with totems and then have more primary damage against frozen enemy, or maybe good with Cheftain and its reflect damage and taunt. | ||
