Analysis of the Heat's defense, which sort of confirms for me that DAL just needs to start making the shots they normally do. Of course, MIA will make adjustments once they do, but I think the Mavs will eventually start forcing the Heat to pick their poison like they forced the Lakers and Thunders to.

The Heat's great defense against the Bulls was predicated on them making Rose a "playmaker" they key was that the Bulls missed wide open shots. If Bogans and Korver decide to make those wide open threes and Boozer wide open 15 footers, the series goes 7 for sure.

Not really, but it was expected that DAL would be better at dealing with that type of defense with their more balanced offense, ball movement, and perimeter shooting. It'll be interesting to see how the Heat adjust if the Mavs do find their shot.

I know this isn't playoff news, but no one uses the other thread anymore =( Meh, looks like he hasn't made any real imrpovements in Europe. I really don't know too much about him, but it seems like everyone is going cold following the initial hype. Wolves have discussed trading #2 for veteran help. With Rubio coming now, I suspect they may be looking for a solid 5?
