EDIT: Also how bad is Brutal Legends? I almost feel wrong if I don't pick up a game thats 2 bucks Dragon Age is pretty damn amazing, if your into RPGs then its a must buy. It's probably one of the better ones in these last years but the plot is so generic :/ That's sad because the universe is interesting. Dragon Age 2 sucks balls though. DA2 is not that bad, it's just cool to hate it for some reason. It is worse than DA:O for sure, and it feels rushed in places, but it is not a bad game at all and is well worth the discounted price.
Terrible story Terrible characters (Shaved dwarf guy was alright) Going to a more action focused game rather than developing the RPG of the original Ugly as fuck Reusing the same places over and over all for a boring plot No link to the first episode A big fuck to everything that was good in the original And I could go on.
It was garbage. Period. I cannot find one redeeming quality for that game.
My opinion of course and you're entitled to yours blablabla.
Edit: Sorry if it comes agressive, no offence intended, that game just get me emotional over how bad it is.

Granted, there are some pretty amazing areas in skyrim, but the majority of them are very linear and have that nagging copy paste feeling. Been to one bandit cave/dwarven steampunk area/undead viking dude crypt seen em all. Had to hunt down the far and few between gems.
I just got a new Videocard and can now run Skyrim with RealVIsion ENB on Max Details in 60fps. Its just fucking beautiful with alle the mods. I played 188hrs and have not even seen everything.
@DA2 Story is not even that bad. The problem is the fucking terrible gameplay, the copy'n'pasted zones all in one city and the bad characters. It only had like 15month development time and was dumbed down for Console-Casuals-.

I felt DA:Os controls would probably have worked better on pc, but it was great fun on console, DA2 was an okay action/rpg game, but not even compareable to origins

People still play Natural Selection? I heard a lot about the game sometime ago but nowadays looks like nobody more plays the game or something.

you can always find servers, and i always go back to playing it everyonce and a while. its a very fun game

Yeah, I think NS2 is an absolute steal for $2.50. I would rank it similar to the CS:GO sale: both are challenging FPS games with a ton of replay value if you get into it. NS2 has a lot of innovative features that make it different from other FPS (no recoil on guns so less spray pattern muscle memory required, asymmetrical sides, RTS commander, etc.) and yet it's an easy drop-in and quit whenever you want game. Just depends if you want a challenging game with a lot of depth.
Edit: I have 190 hours of NS2 played on Steam so I might be biased?

On the bright side it was definitely worth the money spent, sadly just not in playtime but in trying-to-fix-mods-time.

has AC 3 gone on sale yet or should I continue to wait for like 75% off?

I'm not even sure why people loved DA: Origins. As as far as RPGs, it did not rock my socks. It barely rocked. To each their own.

Is Tomb Raider worth it to pick up for 9.99? I havn't played a tomb raider game since ps1.

In my experience it was a lot of QTEs with some gameplay sprinkled in between. Maybe that changes later on but it was happening enough to make me lose interest. If you like the idea of a more cinematic game then it may be worth a shot.

tomb raider was awesome worth way more than $10 if you think it's a lot of qtes with "some gameplay sprinkled in between" you must have an attention span of like 2 mins because that ends quickly

Is there any chance of EU4 getting on sale in the future again? Want the game, but I've spent enough on this sale already

FFS I bought aoe2 while it was on sale but didn't know there was a new expansion, waste of $2.50

Yes if you like games like that alterning cutscenes, jumping around, shooting. It's different than the first TR. There are some QTE in the first 1 or 2hours. After that there aren't a lot.
Definetely worth 10$ imo. Unless you can't bear linear games obviously.
I had a blast for the 10hours or so I played it and it's one of the few games my gf likes. Only default for me was that it's an easy game (even on hardest).

I bought AOE2 for Steam, probably a dumb move, but I really like AOE2

Gonna re-recommend NS2 like I always do.
It is basically TvZ but both teams have a single RTS player, the rest are fps guys.
One side is focused on squad tactics with ranged weapons. The zerg like guys are focused on melee, ambush tactics.
Very fun, high skill cap. It has an initial learning curve but its definently a game worth getting into if you're interested in a less casual competitive fps.

I just got done modding mine + Show Spoiler + but after I was done I realised no matter how good it looks it's still Skyrim and it still feels flat and empty and unfulfilling.
