is there a way to increase your maximum mana with a potion or something? + Show Spoiler +
I'm trying to get into winterhold college on my warrior character, to get in the guard wants me to cast flame atranoch which costs 132 mana, I only have 100 as I have not put anything into mana. I'm trying to get into winterhold since It seems I need to do a quest there to get into saarthal for the last piece of the amulet.

and as the lighting source moves the shadows moves with it but its blocky kinda annoying.
I read that it depends on whether your using a wide screen monitor or the normal. Sorry if I can't provide the blog link, forgot where I read it.
Zomg i need the 3rd perk in for pickpocketing.. that shit would do wonders. I have a house and a companion but still.... so full of stuff in my inventory, really gay how quest items aren't like 0 weight.. especially these stones of barz-whatever bullshit... where you need to collect 24 of them -_- each at 0.5 weight. Think i have way too many potions lol.
oh ya how the fuk do u level alteration? I've spammed oakflesh and equilibrium which dont give anything really.

WTF??!!
If you steal but aren't caught (so the guards don't come after you), the person you stole from still knows they were robbed. As a result they send out a group of 3 thugs to attack you when you're alone, or something like that.
Not sure on the specifics but it works like that.
Really nice touch imo.
These fuckers really owned me. I was exciting a tomb into bright daylight and they waited right next to the door. Exposed in melee range without an invisibility spell yet my sneaky archer was helpless and died for the first time with level 13 or so.
Holy shit. Level 40 and I still haven't even explored every town. Done one mission string (college). Unbelievable. I wanted to avoid a dragon (because just getting boring and I have 50+ bones and scales), so I jumped into a crevasse of water and wandered around. Came across a small opening...hmm let's have a look. Turned out to be an hour-long dwemer dungeon...SO gigantic. Just kept going and going and going. Deep and massive...amazing visuals. What a game...... :D
OH that reminds me I have a Q. Can anyone suggest any extremely powerful humans they have fought? I need some prime targets for my two thralls...

how is this breaking? Makes sense really...most mages in the game cast a continuous stream of magic...why should you be any different?
Besides...much more funny breakage of game happens when you cast paralyse 15 sec on a boss and beat him to death with a wooden spoon while he can't do anything :D
I don't have the breathe underwater spell or potion on me so I can't explore but for any argonians who want to make use of your natural ability to breathe underwater go to the place in the image!
Yeah Blackreach is retardedly huge. It's unreal, I love it. It's connected to so many dwemer ruins. I entered through one of them, and look ed at my world map after hours of exploration, and found I was miles and miles away from where I entered. None of this "the entire dungeon is in one little spot on the map".

it's funny i've had an easier time crafting dragon armor then dranel or w.e because i can't find hearts but dragons just appear all day. Yeah paralyze is broken i broke down a paralyze sword for the enchantment now i proc 2 seconds all day XD, it's just odd that the system they have allows for it to be 0 usually rpgs stack based a log kind of scale so that as you go up or down it becomes harder sentimentally capping benfits it as you approach a number. Or maybe i just played too much d2

if you arent caught how do they know who stole?
if they know who stole why dont they tell the guards?
really bad touch imo
it should be, if you rob from someone who doesnt like the guards AND you get caught, if you dont kill them (wound until they give up) or something they sometimes send thugs
random thugs makes no sense
having real outcomes affected by who you kill and leave alive is a much deeper moral choice system than purely 100% evil 100% good you get from speech ;/
for huge fans of rp and stuff im sure this is a great game, but am i the only one who finds the combat being so simplistic a bit boring? im never going to be a huge role play guy, and it seems like with the years of work they put in the game adding a deeper combat system would be relatively easy. decent combo style gameplay with weapons, some way to make casting magic more exciting than point and click. for me it really limits how much i can enjoy the game when it feels like theres walls in how much you can do because the skill cap seems so low. you either are high enough level, with suitable gear whatever to do a dungeon or you arent, so binary that it might aswell not be a sand box because you cant just run to any dungeon and do it, no matter how skilled you are.
how am i supposed to be the boxer of skyrim if i cant micro : D
Well enchantments you have to disenchant an item with that ability in order to enchant others so you would just keep the random probably shitty helm that has that ability
been playing Skyrim for many many hours (is there a way to view hours played?) and just learned that you can show quest objectives on map / it'll scroll to it

There is a mod out that helps with the blockyness of the shadows, and gives them a more smooth animation when in motion.
Also, bare in mind that shadows are one of the most high demanding effects on a PC, and even if you get a good Framerate,it could be that you just don't have a PC that can run the shadows 100%.
Wow, i thought you guys were just exaggerating a bit when you said smithing iron daggers is quick way to level but Holy Shit. Its not just quick, its extremely incredibly fast its retarded! I went like 30 levels in like 20 minutes... haha I love it! Glass soon, then dragon armor

Look at your latest savegame, believe it has it on there. That or steam keeps track as well.

Where does one find unlimited amounts of iron ingots to do such a thing? At rare armors now by making dwarf metal ingots or w.e

I got mine by making a good fast-travel route through the world, going to all the blacksmiths and buying them out and noting where I can steal some that they have laying around.
The Blacksmith in Solitude is the best, I think I stole around 30 ingots there every time they spawned. But it takes about 2 ingame days for a Blacksmith to restock on Iron, they usually have 17-35 from what I've gathered.
Also, if you're stealing from houses, make sure to wear your sneaking gear, because if you're looking to do this fast, waiting for them to be out of the house may take a while.
