My fear of Blood Baron wins tournaments (9 sideboard cards for bloodbaron in the BW Humans deck, played 4 rounds of Naya Hexproof)

We can celestial flare after damage for maximum value, but we when don't and blow them out on the attack again we win games harder.

sometimes it's possible to go too deep in a cube draft
then you Empty the Warrens for 10 goblins with a Purphoros in play and it's all worth it

What are your SB for Baron (and I assume Stormbreath?). As a W/G aggro player, those cards give me trouble, but I've been running into Stormbreath walls a lot lately. It feels like I only beat Stormbreath when I outplay them.

2 Dark Betrayal
2 Xathrid Necromancer
1 Duress (Dont have the 3rd Thoughtseize)
2 Thoughtseize
4 Renouce the Guilds
3 Celestial Flare

I have no way to deal with Stormbreath, but ultimately I haven't seen anyone at the shop play him at all so I'm not too worried until they start to. Everyone was on Naya Hexproof or UW heroic except for MC and I who were playing "Good"? decks. I think they Naya Hexproof deck is very loose.

On That note though, We kill Bloodbarons Dead.

you think plummet is worth it just for one card?

Currently, against R/G Monsters I take out 4 Voice, 1 Brimaz, 1 Soldier, 1 Precinct Captain and bring in 3 Unflinching Courage, 3 Celestial Flares, and 1 Banisher Priest. I think putting in Plummet would lower my creature count too much...unless I don't side in Unflinching Courage or take out Ajani. But Ajani is my only reach versus the deck, and Unflinching Courage lets me get an explosive start (turn 2 fleecemane, turn 3 courage) or I need it to get through Courser of Kruphix...although I guess since Jund Monsters is a thing, Unflinching Courage might be bad with their removal.

I wouldn't bring it in versus Demon since Mono Black usually sides some out, I have Selesnya Charm, and it is just a very easy card for me to play around.

I believe it's referring to the big events like a PTQ, where you receive an invite + compensation to go to the PT. I don't beleive it's referring to ingame prizing of digital items.

I mean I think just Bloodbaron is worth 9 cards. Plus it's not like plummet isn't dead in other matchups. It also kills blood baron, and kills cloudfins that grow to be stupid big some times. As for boarding Ajani's, I almost always cut 1 or both in every matchup. 3 mana is where you want to be casting other spells rather than going all in on offence imo.

I don't really all-in Ajani, I use him to slowly tick up my board (although the drop -> -3 reach is nice) because it forces them to use a removal spell or straight up attack into him. I'll typically +1 a few times before -3 so I can get a much bigger hit and put them in an awkward position with their answers. ie, Do I keep Stormbreath back to block or do I let him tick up Ajani a bunch?
