You know what the worst feeling in the world is? Seeing 3 dynamic events around you and knowing that you can't complete a single one because the zone is deserted and solo means rape. So be careful what you wish for with "less densely populated".

The whole story of GW is amazing, and even tough gameplay wise it's not as good as the enigmas of TSW, every event has a meaning and it's really incorporated inside a bigger story. Did you even once stopped to speak to random NPCs ? Did you stop and listen to conversation inside towns or camp ? It's freaking annoying to listen to your kind, complaining all day about how the game should be. It's what it is, and it's certainly one of the most polished game ever created, maybe it's not for you but at least try to complain on things when you aren't at fault.

A: Kill 1 big Mob (hope he does not target you and zerg him down). B: Kill a few "tough" mobs (hope they don't target you and zerg em down). C: Kill tons of cannonfodder (the hard part at these is to actually do dmg to them before others have killed the wave or placing your traps/signs at a place where they are already vulnerable but not yet dead). D: Kill tons of cannonfodder while following an NPC from A to B (see C). Excitement? None. Treatlevel/Difficulty? None. Originality? None. They could let the NPC's tell you Lord of the Rings or whatever epic story/tale/reason, that does still not make it a good event/experience if the actual thing happening is not also corresponding with the danger that "people/npc's" tell you/warn you about. I seriously can't understand why anyone would defend these. That some of them seem to pop up every 10 minutes or you get a random Bronze or even Gold Metal just because you happened to be in the Area and killed accidentally one of the event Mobs far away relative does also not help with the excitement...

I've had that before where we were a small group of random people who banded together and ended up fighting several big group events in close proximity. Did we fail more than one, yes we did. Did we also have fun and get challenged, yes certainly. What happens is then that failing these means no access to the waypoint and it being even harder to get anywhere around them. Let me also say that the story is infinitely better and more interesting if you've read the books, and/or played the original games. Not to say the way it works is perfect or anything, but it simply makes more sense to you and holds more meaning when you recognize the names etc.

You can make any game sound boring and repetitive by reducing it to bare essential components like that. You're entitled to your opinion but most people here are going to disagree. Unless you're just intentionally looking to argue, there isn't much of a point in debating that the game is bad here.

The loot table seems to be messed up in some chests. Fixed rewards (like the one you get from exploring a city) should be working but every other usually scaled rewards appears to be broken. I personally got 2 lvl26 items from Ashford while I was only 14 (or 15). Same thing goes for some chests, jumping puzzle rewards etc etc ...

Velr events tend to be more interesting when you duo or solo them.

It does sound like your coming off negative tbh. Im level 32 but I have seen many events that are repel attackers AND defuse traps, grab bucket of water put out fire, use medical kit to heal and guard npc. Clear traps, place rabbit bait, capture crab that can't be killed but get close to trap and detain. There are kill this mob events but many of those can be completed other ways or multiple way not just killing.

Oh America, you never fail to deliver stupidty ! Who in their right might is mistaking Communism for Autocracy, pick KKK as a valid clan name with a character named Xx Adolf xX in it and all that while being xenophobic, misogynistic and homophobic ... Apparently a self-entitled jackass ! I'm glad he was banned. PS : If you, dear writer of this despicable pamphlet, is a member of TL, please go away. Like in your grave away. PS 2 : Because some people always look for troubles, do not start argue about nationality here, this guy is an US citizen. I am not criticizing the country but the fact that guys like him always have a wider public when they are US nationals - for very good reason that are not the subject of this thread. PS 3 : Another friend told me, it could be satire. I'm not seeing it but it deserves a mention.

Names like that are banned in every game. You cant just go name yourself cuntdestroyer in an mmo. And the only reason to do so would be so you could try and start shit like this. People dont seem to understand you agree to a ToS that states they can revoke your ability to play on THEIR server whenever they want. He shouldn't have been an idiot.

And just because games like Tera let you play as a girl doesn’t mean you have to copy it. Who plays as girls anyway? Must be satire, that CAN'T be real... Then again i don't have any faith in humanity left so i wouldn't be suprised if it was real...

This game is remarkable in my opinion. I'm particularly happy with the generous system requirements. Somehow I'm able to run high settings with a mediocre CPU and graphics card (though my monitor's resolution is only 1400x900).
