Yup, people are starting to realize that cubing doesn't solve the stash space issue. You'll usually want to keep an ancient copy of whatever you've cubed in case you need to wear it and put something else in the cube. For my witch doctor, I'm keeping ancient voodoo masks that I've already cubed in case I want to wear the Belt of Transcendence or Tasker and Theo.

Yeah, I was pretty sure this was going to happen. When I stopped playing late last year, most classes only had 1 viable set, maybe 2. Now, pretty much every class has 3-4 viable sets. The only thing I saved space on are the legendaries that I was pretty much keeping for collection purposes.

I'm the sort of person that makes 1 char for 1 spec, thus I don't require extra stash space because I know I don't keep extra sets too fool around with. I did however use to keep tons of other legendaries, notably weapons, in the hopes I'd make a build with them some day, now with the cube I've just assimilated their powers. Space has never been more abundant!

I ended up leveling my dh mule for that reason. Using that dh for bounty running right now. And yes, I freed up a lot of space that spare weapons used to take up.

This has always been my plan. Level seasonal hero and pick up a set or two for him/her. If I get extras oh well since I'm only going to play seasonal anyways.

This might be the first time in a while I just stick with 1 character for the season. I'm having a ton of fun with Uliana monk and dont really have the desire to play anything else. Maybe I'll roll a Sader to try the new set later in the season once I hit the point of having nothing to do but grind paragons to even progress in GRifts

have you ever made a whirl barb? they're pretty fun, also monk/barb are top of the grift leaderboards

Well currently if you aren't playing a monk or barb, you're kinda dragging your group down. I tried to make my wizard work, I really did. But it just pales in everything compared to my barb in a group setting once the GR level is above 50. Sad, but that's just how it is. Plus the barb gameplay literally is that I made a mouse macro on my mouse drivers that holds down a button that keeps smashing Hota. GG

I don't know the exact mechanics of the monk play style. But I know a few people with a seasonal monk. Their biggest threat is carpal tunnel.

I don't agree at all, in the damage department the Archon Wizard does crazy good DPS. The problem with groups though is that, for Archon to shine it needs packs to DPS unhindered, in archon mode it needs archon stacks and in normal mode it needs the weapon set bonus stacks so it can do damage in archon form. Groups in general move so fast that stacks all end up falling off or building too slowly, which nearly never happens when you're solo. I just think monk and barb sets synergise well this season.

It's not so much they synergise well it's that they don't need to do anything extra to keep up their speed and clear times. Wizards require too much time to set up and can't keep up with monk and barbs speed. Same thing with doctors. Saders can kinda keep up same with demon hunters

what passive should i have on uliana monk? i had harmony/near death/beacon/guardians path but got a harmony hellfire

edit: choice between two hellfires which and why?

Both Passives are fine but the Harmony one is far far far better imo. The CHD is better the +cold damage is better and the dex is better.

Both beacon and harmony are always taken when you play uliana's so it makes no difference which one you pick from the two in regards to the passive it gives. Having said that chd and cold and dx are rolled excellently so go the second one.

You need to break the amulet, dying is just the fastest way to do it. If you really want to you can do it in HC pretty easily. But don't, Blizzard has probably a way to check it (like carrying 15 broken Hellfire amulets in your bags/stash) and will probably reset those who use it.
