What are your guys' thoughts on Karthus at high level play? I'm using him (@ Lvl12 1350~ unranked elo) and really love him, but I'm sure good players will dodge his Lay Waste easily, but I still think there's potential for wall of pain + lay waste in predictable spots + aoe when they're running away.

but yeah just curious? Also if anyone is good with him, any good item orders? I just get like the staff of manaregen and some ap and then void staff and then maybe zhonyas if im not being buttraped and if i am then a guardian angel

He has no CC, his bursting is sub-par and he has to be right in the thick of a team fight to do effective AoE.

IMO he's only really useful for his ult, which overall makes him not a very good champ.

I'm not top elo tho

He's not as good as many other casters but that doesn't mean he's unplayable. The one thing that he has going for him is that if he dies he's still in the fight and he can KS mejais super easy.

With the amount of skill it takes to play Karthus effectively, you could be a godlike game-changing Anivia and have better burst, laning, survivability, and CC.

Karthus's only distinguishing features are his single target nuke being easy to dodge and his ult being a great gank-assurer. His passive also supports a reckless playstyle, which is why I like him.

Edit: Oh btw 5HIT, I believe the bug is still in effect where you do not get Mejai's stacks for kills while dead. (assists are okay though)

Edit at below: Yes, it does. Get one fast. (did they change it with GA? I don't remember)

Thanks guys, I probably will stick to Karthus since I really like him anyway.

Another question I had, anyone know if Morgana's ult keeps casting while you use Zhonyas or while Guardian Angel is "casting"?

When I went to look for it it wasn't there, and what I realized is that it removes is from previous logs (I think?) or something, because I had to start my client, view profile, then quit compeltely to open up the most recent log and have it show up

WOW. Two games in a row my leader has first pick for bans and chooses Shen and guess what, the opposite leader ends up choosing Shaco first pick because my leader is forced to choose between dinger or shaco.

Holy cow how powerful Garen is. Never understood that until I played him. You do ALOT of damage without a single DPS item, that is fucking ridiculous.

And I still don't have a single APen rune since I've been mostly playing casters. Hard to imagine how scary he gets with some APen.

With ignite you can combo most people from like 4/5hp to death at lvl 2 with your combo, that's how scary. A bit later you can do it even while tower is attacking you.
