Okay, guys, I'm not duo queueing anymore, I haven't won a duo queue in forever and every time I think to myself "yeah sure it's just my rating" I end up getting mad because I play with people who are so much worse than the people I usually play with. Seriously it's only like 100 elo difference but the decision making differences are HUGE.

Karthus takes some skill to play, yes at lower levels you can rape with it because his damage can be wff but due to the nature of his skills dont expect to survive many teamfights. He can be game changing but you have to master his skills to be really useful. I usually go mid and vs ms matchups I can usually win but if people are aware you will get stunned/bust down fast. DF is really useful then as you can continue casting and get your ult off which can wtf own some teams. And I hear the no getting mejals stacks while dead isn't an intended effect so it could make him better if they ever fix that,

Karthus is only good because he has one of the best slows in the game if not the best. It's AoE and it has a huge duration. His ult is rather meh (good for pubstomping because you get kills out of nowhere, but in a serious game you cast it before anyone is red so it's just a whopass cooldown AoE nuke), his Q is awesome early if you know what you're doing but rather meh later, defile has counter-productive mechanics (you'd wanna stack Mejai to be effective, but with Defile, you're asking them to kill you) and it's mana-restoring passive is almost useless. Almost. Casting spells while dead is more fun than productive as well, most heroes have way better innate abilities.

He's much like Zeus in DotA, who can dominate early game if he goes mid because of his ult, but in later game it's efficiency fades. Zeus' ult, however, had a very important utility of countering blink dagger and potentially fucking up blink-based champions like Sand King or Earthshaker. Karthus' ult has no added utility at all. You pretty much have to cast it right away in a 5v5 because otherwise you will just lose it and you will killsteal noone. But if your team can 4v5, then yeah, it's great.

Lol without duo queueing I think it's almost impossible to break 1600. Unless like you get really lucky (or are just that good). I've been fluctuating from ~1490-1570 for like 40 games now. Lose 2 or 3 games and down down down ya go.

^ This I'm stuck at 50/50 W/L because I keep running into "Derp dee Derps" like the TF in my last game who had three vampire scepters... not sure why he was using three but he did manage to feed Kat 7 kills early on...AWESOME TEAM WORK! lol its annoying but funny.

That's not very one-sided though - Deaths look to be 44 - 21 in his opponent's favor. The most likely thing that could cause only 2 visible tower kills in 69 minutes for a team with a 2:1 K:D ratio is that minions simply got the KB on them, no? Anything short of 4-5 heroes or late lategame and minions have a realistic shot at lasthitting.

Kill/Death means little - the TF has 7 tower kills, which implies complete and utter map control. Obviously without knowing how buff/dragon/baron control went I can't say for sure, but the impression I get is that all the other team could do was gank people who knew they were going to be ganked but didn't care.
