Edit: Also I was really confused when I was doing no damage to that Singed, turns out he's got a full page of magic resist per level -_-
I've noticed that on Singed all you needed to do after boots and roa was get 2 neg cloaks to stack resist and you can tank all sorts of stuff.
For some reason I've never thought about stacking magic resist with runes though, the result so far is pretty amazing. I start the game with about 68 magic resist. I was laning perfectly fine even against the likes of Teemo and Ryze, who always give me tons of problems as Singed.
Once you get your ult at 6, you literally tank like everything lol.

yeah the heart-strike or whatever the E is called sucks pretty badly an like you said hes extremely weak now compared to Xin, I bought him played a few games an got bored of being super squish with halfass damage so now I play Akaili because shes just badass lol.

On a whim I have this urge to just (attempt to) become a pro Kog. It will take many losses in normal queue to find something superior to the rylai's AP build, but it will happen.
I like how all the way to the bitter end their Tryndamere refused to get survival items.
