MegaZero was running a 5 smite/razor team where they controlled every dragon and buff. Then did Baron as soon as it spawned with Sivir ulti, WW w, and 5+ razors proc'ing. Yeah... I vaguely remember them fiddling around with Razor/BR (cuz stacking Razor was lame), I didn't realize they made BR unique along with Razor, I thought they only made Razor unique >_< When I started playing back in ~Nov it was very "in" at lowbie island to stack Bloodrazor on Ashe... lol.

BR doesn't stack and is magical, I feel that it's not all that good vs balanced tanks(even if they have 4000 hp, with 200 mres and 200 armor, your attacks will do 53 extra dmg per attack. Most of the time they'll only have about 2500 hp with that much resistances though, in which case it adds 33 dmg per attack.) In my opinion bloodrazor is only good against mass hp without much mres(For instance, AP Chogath or Singed), or armor stackers like mass sunfires for example.

Depends on the hero and the speed at which the game's progressing... if there's a harasser AP hero (TF/heimer) and your team struggles to just enter combat, then you end up having to get something like FoN for the regen (without MR you just take way too much damage and have no regen to recover). If you're ahead, or you're equal, and their AP hitter isn't that strong, and you only need to eat the burst for like 10 seconds, then HP usually > MR because it's dual-purpose (saves you against phys too). That sort of thing, it's a balancing act.

*I don't play Singed, I remember mrgerry/Spudboy also talking about FoN being nice on Singed, IIRC.

It's a good first item on almost any tank, but for a WW in the late game it's a no.

It delays gettings his damage dealing items and doesn't provide as much survivability as a sunfire cape.
