Speaking of which, you pros out there, what Marks would you rec for Shen? None of them seem to fit his playstyle, except for maybe +health plvl, but they cost 820 and hardly feel worth their weight in IP. I'm thinking attack speed to help him last hit/abuse vorpal blade?

I've been lectured on this before, but attack speed doesn't help Shen with regards to vorpal it doesn't start a new proc, it just refreshes the old one. You don't regenerate more health that way.
Magic penetration is probably my first choice for shen. Ki strike, vorpal blade, and sunfire cape all deal magical damage.

Didn't know Mpen would help my Sunfire, that's cool. Mpen will work on other heroes I like as well...

The bad thing about being significantly better than people in your ELO range (I'm level 22): I don't trust anyone else to go to mid -_- Short of playing a jungler or having to solo against two, I WILL bitch and moan and cry if and until my team lets me mid, even when it's someone like tryndamere or rammus.
I just really want that mid tower down ASAP to reassure myself we have a good shot of winning even if the sidelanes are feeding, Am I a bad person ?

After hitting 20 I started replacing t1 runes with t3s, I usually play casters so I started buying mpen reds, hp yellows (although I a lot of mp5 t2s right now) , ap blues and AP quints. I didn't consult anyone before buying like 10k worth, so I hope I am not a retard for picking what I did.

I have a question as of now im lvl 10, I'm saving my cash for lvl 3 runes but is it worth to wait that long? How much of a difference runes make?

How much of a difference runes make? you can see 1 level 3 rune is from 315->1k IP and you have to + Show Spoiler +....GOAL!!FUCK YOU ARGENTINA!!! fill 2 full pages of those expensive runes later. my advice is you should stick with runes lv1, use ip to buy at least 3 champs that you like to make sure you have an income when you reach 15(where trolls come in) and then start saving.
i heard rune lv1 is 75% compare to lv3 and much cheaper!
on another story, had a game today where my annie creep stat >300... teammate fucked that game up but still...
I hate how i soloq queue and get into 4 people premade game, they r either all bad or 1-2 Horribly bad and 2 decent ... got that like 5 times today

Spell pen in red Dodge or hp/lvl in yellow (dodge is preferable) CDR in blue flat hp quints
Spell/armor pen is almost always more budget efficient than flat damage/ap for runes atm.

These are the most budget efficient but you can get away with dodge or hp/lvl if you want more survival.

Well generally there's two ways you can build your caster's Seals and Glyphs. Either you get MP5/lvl Seals and Cooldown Reduction Glyphs, or you go Health/lvl Seals and MP5/lvl Glyphs. I usually go for the second option.

I disagree wholeheartedly with hp/lv on anyone, much less a caster. Dodge seals (Nimbleness trigger) or mp5/lv seals, there's no real other option. Glyphs can be mp5/lv or flat/per lv cdr.
