I think it's quite awful. Some things it needs: When you leave a game, you lose players*100 IP, giving 100 IP to everyone who was in the game when you left(500 for TT, 900 for SR). If your IP becomes negative, you'll gain 0 ip for every win until you're positive again. Queue dodging penalty 3min first offense, 8min next, 14min next and others after it. When someone doesn't choose their champ in the champion select, they're automatically forced to queue dodge. When someone in your team chooses revive as a summoner spell, the queue dodging penalty is always 3 minutes. Tryndamere Spinning Slash radius increase to let him hit stuff behind him as he starts the spin. Rework Ezreal and do something more about Veigar. Let Akali's ulti target friendly units like Kat's Shunpo. Thoughts, anyone else? Even losing games intentionally is faster ip. | ||

What if you disconnect and then come back 30 min later. What if you disconnect and come back right away? What if you play the whole game and then get disconnected right before the game ends? Can someone explain to me what will happen in these scenarios? | ||

Probably the 50 to each would be better. If you at the end of the game have a red LEAVER tag that'd happen. In none of those scenarios does this happen. | ||
