I think it's quite awful.

Some things it needs:

When you leave a game, you lose players*100 IP, giving 100 IP to everyone who was in the game when you left(500 for TT, 900 for SR). If your IP becomes negative, you'll gain 0 ip for every win until you're positive again.

Queue dodging penalty 3min first offense, 8min next, 14min next and others after it.

When someone doesn't choose their champ in the champion select, they're automatically forced to queue dodge.

When someone in your team chooses revive as a summoner spell, the queue dodging penalty is always 3 minutes.


Tryndamere Spinning Slash radius increase to let him hit stuff behind him as he starts the spin.

Rework Ezreal and do something more about Veigar. Let Akali's ulti target friendly units like Kat's Shunpo.

This only works if you can't reflex-dodge, in which case predictions don't matter.

I think they made Akali viable, buffed an underpowered hero (Heimer), nerfed an overpowered hero (Mundo), fixed Shaco, and balanced terrible players in matchmaking.

Mundo wasn't overpowered though, Shaco was fixed in a way but he still has numerous non-aura builds so it doesn't matter much. They screwed Ashe over, oh and...

Heimer underpowered? He's like the hardest ap carry in the game.

any system that gives OUT OF GAME rewards to ALL PLAYERS when a player leaves is going to be abused

i'd gladly pre-made with 4 friends and destroy our w/l ratio if we were able to rotate who left the game and give everyone else in the game 200-400 IP. all the runes and champs that you could ever want, all without any effort or time

Do you realize that if you only have 4 people you're going to lose about twice as much as you'd gain? Even losing games intentionally is faster ip.

Pretty sure Shikyo meant you give IP to the opponents, too, in which case you can't really recuperate by rotation.

err why does giving opponents IP have any bearing on how abusable it is. as long as you are still getting IP, it doesnt really matter if you gift some to your opponents.

an ingame boost could also be abusable since 4v5 is still somewhat winnable if you rush.

i think i misread this as giving 900 to everyone on SR, not only the leaver LOSES 900

This doesn't seem like it makes sense. This happens if you get disconnected too? What if you disconnect and then come back 30 min later. What if you disconnect and come back right away? What if you play the whole game and then get disconnected right before the game ends? Can someone explain to me what will happen in these scenarios?

because the one who gives IP loses 900 o_O if you do it with 4 of your friends, you all are going to gain 400 ip and lose 900, losing a total of 500 each... how is that a good deal?

Probably the 50 to each would be better.


If you at the end of the game have a red LEAVER tag that'd happen. In none of those scenarios does this happen.

wait so i DIDN'T misread that... every person who stays in game gets 400 IP?
well beyond the fact that 400*4 > 900
anyone who had thought for more than 3 seconds about this would make two (2) accounts, one to tank all the negative IP, another to soak up all the positive IP, and just rotate them accordingly
