By Hardcore, comparing to WoW, I mean : Longer time to level up Harder to get Stuff and XP More repetitive quests As a newbie concerning the FF mmo series, can someone explain me how will the PvE work in FF XIV? I know that due to alpha and their rules, there can't be many many information but every info you can get me will be fantastic for me  Thx. | ||

I know that due to alpha and their rules, there can't be many many information but every info you can get me will be fantastic for me Thx. its hard to say, but I can almost completely guarantee that it will be less repetitive than WoW, they have a very interesting quest system. as for "leveling up" and "getting stuff" its all just perspective really cuz I didn't think leveling in wow or gearing was all that difficult, but who knows what ff14 will bring. | ||

Only after i ditched my mouse for a xbox 360 controller did the controls made sense. | ||

People will rally to this game for 3-5 months, then go back to cataclysm. Unless they do something Blizzard will drop their ball sack on top of this game like, AOC, War hammer, AION, etc. etc. In the city of MMORPGS, Blizzard is King. Step your game up square! or DIE. | ||

basically it runs some video on your computer and gives your computer a score, which translates to how well your computer will run ff14 the benchmark is here http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/media/benchmark/na/index.html anyways... my computer only got a 1098... (1500 and below is completely unplayable) was curious about some of your scores and some specs you're running. | ||

FF11 is crazy popular, and so will FF14 be The only reason FF11 stood firm was cause of how horribad easy FF11 players thought WoW was, when comparing it taking a year (at the time) to get max 75 with 37 sub and 18minor-subjob(sometimes 2 subjobs at 37). now it takes a 3days-week (smn burn) or 3 months maximum to do so... and dont even get me started on gear. | ||
