hows this for a penalty?
even alex is considering me a warmonger even i was just dragged by defense pact.... i didnt even move out my borders even once... we were on...
1. We've traded reccently. 2. You have gone to war in the past. 3. They believe you are a warmongering menace to the world! (They tolerate warmongers.) 4. They covet lands that you currently own! 5. You biult wonders that they coveted! 6. You are competing for the favor of the same City-States! 7. You asked them to not spy on you. 8. They asked you to stop spying on them, and you ignored them! 9. You have made a Declaation of Friendship with one of their enemies! 10. You have Denounced a leader they made a Declaration of Friendship with! 11. You demanded they not settle near your lands! 12. Your spies were caught trying to steal technology. 13 You have chosen to adopt the Freedom Ideology, but they believe in Autocracy. 14. We have denounced them! 15. They have denounced us!
All that it lacks was sending missionary issues.

As far as I can tell, this is not a big issue. Your issue with Alex is that you are competing for the same City States and you build wonders he coveted.

alleged leaked on bison's U A-U-B? imba?!!! and can somebody summarize all the speculated new dlc civs? thanks...

i really like civilization but no campaign is extremely bad for me. Scenarios are so cool, they could have done more and made a fully campaign. I mean it's called civilization ! There should have been something. Just playing on a map doesn't do it for me and i doesn't like multiplayer for this kind of games, it is way too long.

Anyone else play OCC? It is my favorite mode in Civ V and I'm not sure how I feel about it in this one yet.

So OCC was really ok in G&K and vanilla but i dont really like it for BNW.

The OCC thing is easier in BNW with trader routes. Or you can play Venice, and while a hypercube it may not be entertaining as fuck it is.

omg I played Venice in OCC. I had literally so much money. I discovered the Vancouver city-state in like 2000 AD, and their ally was > 200 influence ahead of me. No matter, just plopped down a cool 10K and diplo victory was assured.

Yeah Venice OCC is really easy. There is almost nothing that can go wrong with it so long as you keep an eye on Alex.
