Yeah GW had tons of drama haha. I still remember most of it.
Blackace is the stealing you're talking about when we totally revamped the common rspike build with stuff like crippling shot spikers and some kind weird runner with an order of pain monk? We also did copy an air spike build later on for the GWFC season 1 playoffs but you weren't around then.
Some relevant drama featuring you ^_^

Te did it in their 3rd match vs lum in the GWWC first round It was pretty sad because Te didn't get to play anywhere near their peak condition, but Lum was a surprisingly strong team as well.

is that really it, the game on err, isle of the dead? my memory is pretty bad apparently, i thought air spike was still somewhat viable around that time and when they did it it was completely out of left field? was it wholly that they did it with chain lightning which had been dead for a long time?
what was your opinion of the build in the final match of the gwfc ver? :p
|
Well, this is true. Also at polish scene when we had Polish Championship. Too bad that Anet destroyed game with shitty expansions and stupid balance patches
Heh sooo much good memories :p

THE original build that had people going fucking crazy. Well, when chain lightning was 163 dmg on the initial hit, it was pretty fucking retarded.
Gale was pretty fucking retarded too back then.

List of things I want to see in Guild Wars 2:
* Mini pets integrated into a more open and better structured polymock game that can be played vs other players and have wagers and a tournament system. (fuck yeah, a mini game you can play with others within a game - this is what all MMO's need - especially since you could play this pretty much anywhere in the world as long as you're not getting your ass attacked)
* More ways to get mini pets for the sole purpose of fueling the above.
* Support for player driven events, like pvp tournaments and such. If I remember correctly it was a bit of a pain in the ass in GW1.
* A way to tell the type of armor someone is wearing by looking at them. They killed this when they made armor nothing more than aesthetics, which is fine, but they should have left in a way to tell if someone was using +energy or +health or +armor armor pieces.
* Ritualist and Necromancer in game. My two favorite classes, I hope there are classes in GW2 that are much like them (or they combine them to one class, because they were closely related enough to do that in GW).
* Races can play as any class. I don't want to see stupid limitations to what class you can play with a certain race like in WoW. (I fucking wanted a gnome priest but noooo, then they add it in an expansion I'm never going to buy) (PS. Who gives a fuck about lore, its all made up anyway, they can just make up reasons why races can now use those classes (like they did for Cataclysm, or did they not even explain why?))

Mitch and Kaon are the first two names that come to mind. Possibly no other troll has ever been as successful as those two retards. Mitch was awesome because he was an awful player, Kaon was... Pretty much a genius of mind games who was actually able to get 3/4 casts w/ his sole reflexes while playing w/ 200ms of lag. Thinking back about GW makes me want to have been more consistent and i would have faced those players more often while in serious guilds, not while BYOBing or as Fin's replacement for the Finns... Also, On August 31 2009 22:21 Ace wrote: While I disliked GW PvE after doing it once I still think the PvE community was really good. You've never met the euro GW PvE community lol... For once when they completely removed the server barriers it was crystal clear that american pvers were far superior at least in manners to euros... Wow I thought I knew every italian who played GW at high level, seems I missed one! What was your IGN? Btw, I feel a n00b posting in here for only breaking top100 in the GvG ladder xD My nickname has always been Reek something... Changed it pretty much with every reroll. Euro Mesmer preferably (note, i was NOT a Diversion->Diversion->Diversion euro, Spnk should remember me ) but also liked playing R during NF.
When guesting for the Finns (which even got me a few /w's from obswhores) i think i was using the IGN "Reek Mighty Crotch" or "R E E K H A D O L".
Also i always kept myself away from playing with the "usual" Italian scene (Momo, Flauzius and other horrible noobs), it's just that the guilds i was in kept ending up allying with them and i would therefore end up quitting the game for a while every time.
As for (good) italians i've played with i remember Furia (god his pugliese nerdraging was so awesome) and Rande/Lina (usually played with Qinox and had Fury from HAnD guest a bunch of times).

I just hope Guild Wars 2 has ingame voice.

I thought GW was eventually going to get it, I heard ANET say they were looking into integrating it into GW but nothing after that.

btw. is anyone still playing GW1? I've just reinstalled it, deleted all of my old chars and kinda started anew for teh lulz. Would be nice to team up some (got Prophecies necro in Maguuma now - although switched him to NF to grab some skills and heroes who are 10x better than henchies. Also have lv 15 rit in factions, didn't even get him to KC yet).

No love for Bison from EaSy?
Good man, always upheld the "Italians never get anywhere on time" rule.
