Don't forget a 2-0 vs Illusion!
It's a little bit sad that this is considered to be a good showing for idra.
? Illusion has been on fire recently and is definetely one of the top NA players right now.

Illusion's a damn good player. I mean, I take your point, but in these circumstances, beating Illusion is a good result. If he'd beaten Jinro, that'd sound a lot better, but Illusion is a much better player than Jinro these days.
No I think beating illusion is actually more of a feat than beating Jinro at the moment. And Illusion is a good player by all means. I'm just saying that its a little sad when you compare it to something like MLG Orlando where he was beating code S players.
Omg lol @ Stephano comments: "he doesn't really know what he's doing". then goes on to explain how he reads well instinctively anyway. i love idra interviews
I think Idra definitely played well this weekend, maybe he is back on the way to the top. Maybe he broke the seal that held back his immense powers. Like this guy: If you get this reference you are a true nerd...

He's a really good analytical caster especially when he loosens up a little and starts joking around. I'll be happy to see more of his casting.
EDIT: that being said, they might just mean player interviews and whatever instead of doing actual casting, but with iNcontroL and Grubby in the mix it's more likely that they mean casting.
Idra played awesome this weekend. He got 4th in the WCS USA Nationals, qualified for the NA Finals and almost made it in to the Championship bracket at MLG. At the same time. GO IDRA!!

He did good, but not awesome I think. We didn't see the games vs Illusion sadly, and I think they were the biggest achievement of the weekend :/ The WCS thing is something he should've won, and he would've won it if he didn't do those retarded mistakes I think. Maybe he would've dropped in the finals; we didn't whether the Vibe games were more retarded mistakes, or just outplayed
its sad to see idras possible progress in improving being clouded by things like a tight schedule due to two tournaments on a weekent. these events are so rare that it really dissapoints me alot.
Just to be more precise, he didn't specifically say he was jaded with his fans. He said "maybe what I'm saying is a bit jaded, but I no longer feel particularly excited/surprised about meeting my fans, it's just what we do these days".
I'm sure he appreciates us and will be happy about our love-filled package
