How ironic would it be if they announced that 2PM was breaking up at that time? My guess would be it's an official announcement for the date of their new album. Even though having Jaebom back would be nice, I kind of don't want to see him rejoin so fast because it would only show that the stuff the fans/netizens did after he left works and may lead to crazier things in the future. | ||

"Below is what the court has presented as the content of the members' contracts. The contract has been modified 5 times since their debut, so this is the overall review." 1. TVXQ has received $0 from their album sales till July 2008, and a very small amount after. 2. TVXQ has received $0 from sales of concert DVD's and albums with recordings from concerts. 3. TVXQ received $0 from their appearances in TV programs. 4. For other ways of getting profit, SM subtracts the total amount with all the expenses that the company has paid for them, including clothing, salary of company staff, stage preparation, rent, food expenses, and etc., which only leaves a fraction for the members of TVXQ. I know tons of people are outraged, I probably would be too if I cared enough, but honestly, why on Earth would DBSK even sign a contract that was this outrageous? Something is probably missing from all the details because I doubt any of them are that stupid to see how this would be remotely fair for them at all. Did they just blind sign a contract? Bleh. | ||

The kids are so star-struck that they sign whatever contract that is given to them. add the fact that their managers are employees of the record company, you're going to get musicians who will have some time in the limelight for a few years, but with pennies after they are done as entertainers. | ||
