No, I'm fairly certain that Ciel was in his room. The manga shows that Arc was eavesdropping outside the window before going to fight Roa. Then Ciel brings Shiki to the school. I'm positive this was in the VN.

I was originally at war with Akashi. I'm going for Ran's route, so I was planning on attacking from the north so that I could get Kenshin along the way because she's awesome. But then Takeda attacked Hojo because I took too long. So I declare war on Takeda so Hojo doesn't die. But apparently Tokugawa's allied with Takeda, so they also declare war on me. And then Yukihime goes and whores herself out, so that makes Mouri declare war against me. Then Inukai came back and reestablished himself in Iga territory. And all this happened in about two turns. =/
Lucile is clearly OP. I guess he's got some weird anti magic thing going on?

That's a weird way to go about Ran's route, lol. I tunneled through Tokugawa and Hanny after finishing off Hara and Ashikaga. Tokugawa is a pretty good commander, or, alternatively, senhime is a good spears with investment, so it's not like you have to go straight for kenshin. You didn't bring suzume along when you conquered Iga? you get sat bonus, too. Also, good thing it takes several turn until the Takeda charges... they're like the demon army ones except stronger.
You sure are taking your sweet time, lol. The end game points are running out on you~
I was counting on Lucile being imba, but didn't think he would have some sort of inhuman characteristic. From the way he talks, it's as if Ryner's abnormality lies not within the alpha stigma, but there's something else along with the alpha stigma inside Ryner. Whatever that is, it's in Lucile as well.
