Who decided to make an anime adaptation of Mago, but not include the arc that made it popular in the first place? That's just silly. Well, it's not like it will be done any justice, but I just want to see foxy (the present one) get animated. Well, I think I screwed up hardcore because I triggered the demon army too early, so my army's super weak and I haven't conquered many countries. I'm having issues because the demon army has those four generals from that Africa lookalike nation. The one that's causing the most problems is the foot soldier general since he's got basically double the amount of soldiers than I have in my largest unit. If he guards, I can't break through to the rear. If he attacks, he decimates my troops. I can barely defend against him as it stands. So basically I just scout and hope he's not there. =/ It seems the game takes pity on you after a while though since the demon army got auto-conquered after a couple turns. Edit: I quite liked the 2nd ep of the Black Lagoon OVA. I mean, yeah, nothing happened, but you have to have some buildup. Plus I like the implication that Rock has everything more or less figured out. I expect good things from him soon. WTF is Roberta doing with a grenade launcher mounted on a sniper rifle in that preview? Kind of an odd combination... lol Ciel. I'm just happy that they actually talked about Akiha's giving her lifeforce to Shiki - IIRC it only gets mentioned in her route in the VN. Every other route it's basically just assumed that he miraculously survived or whatever T_T. I still can't believe that this manga is actually going to finish getting scanlated after being stalled for so long. Apparently more Break Blade scanlations are in the work as well, but I'll believe that when I see it. | ||

I actually wasn't expecting them to do much about the far side of the moon routes in the tsukihime manga, since they're rather exclusive with the things in the near side routes. I have to say that the manga did a pretty decent job weaving one coherent story. | ||

It kinda sucks that we're never gonna see an adaptation of the far side routes. Unfortunately, Arc's route is more or less the "main" route, so every derivative work is focused on her. In addition, her route is probably the most straightforward of the five (waaay fewer of those "Am I a killer" segments). Still, it can't beat the sheer awesomeness of the plot twists in the far side routes. Well, maybe not Kohaku's route - that ending just sucked. Edit: By the way, is anyone watching Soredemo? I want to know if it's worth watching. | ||
