Curious, When watching F/Z I really liked the ED, now I know Aoi Eir is pretty new, and by that time she had only one Single which was Memoria
(best one I could find because of Youtube big on copyrights) But you know it hasn't been that long but it seems like she has a Back to Zero album which has a good number of songs on them. (Potential F/Z 2 OP/ED?) Seems like the songs were released a while ago though. How did all these songs come about? Thought Memoria was her only song for a while. + Show Spoiler +
I just finished Claymore. I have this to say, and would like to hear your opinions/thoughts as well... + Show Spoiler +
I really feel the ending was a cop-out. I haven't read the manga, so I can't use that as my basis for disliking the ending as many people do. It just felt so... cliche. And now that I'm watching more and more anime, the cliche happy endings are becoming so common it's making me sick. I was so happy when I thought Clare was going to slay Raki. Not because Raki is an annoying character (he is, but I actually liked him), but because I thought she let her quest for revenge overtake her, so she truly became a monster. I thought the show was going to be brave and do that. Instead, she spares the awakened being who killed her mentor and continues to feed on people? And the strongest awakened being flies in, picks up the other awakened being and is like "Hey you're all weak from the battle but I'm not going to kill you now even though I could easily do it and it would save me a lot of possible trouble in the future.
I apologize for the rant, I just wanted to see if I was alone in this feeling.

yes that ending is a complete waste of time to dwell on. It has no relevance other than to try and put a seal on the story.

Trigun being the exception .
No, Berserk or FMA (original) had the best anime original endings!!

Trigun end (spoiler'd because some people live under rocks)
Eh, even watching it before the manga finished, I was a bit underwhelmed. The character development came full circle in a great way, sure, but after building Knives up to be the huge big bad that was the end all, be all badass, all they had was a singular showdown that Vash won out of (more or less) pure luck by landing flat on the Punisher.
It's decent to good, but not living up to how Trigun started, imo.
He's back! Unfortunately the ending of the series has already been spoiled, because if any of you guys paid attention to the intro you see what happens. His new power is better but comes at a cost, which is unfortunate. Either way he will survive in the end. How many episodes will this show have by the way?

they pretty much subtlety showed everything that happened this season in the intro if you watch it closely you can see gai and shu's arm as well. I'm not gunna look at it cause I don't want anymore spoilers :/:/
Over all this episode went just as I thought. Gathering of allies, regaining power, and random things they add to build up to the ending. Shu's void is interesting and sticks with the show by being REALLY overpowered. I'm not sure how they got away with him pulling out his own void but those rules seem to only apply when they want them to and get broken when they want to.

Dunno if you're being sarcastic but Berserks ending was really good...

So in Kaze no Stigma, they randomly transported themselves to England, in WW1, to watch Germans bombing the British with Zeppelins? Or maybe in the last episode, all of the supporting cast gets eaten by demons, the MC's best friend turns into a demon, who then rapes the MC's pregnant girlfriend right in from of MC, while other demons hold the MC down, forcing MC to hack his own arm off with his broken sword to try to save his GF (followed by The End)?
Not sure how Anime Original endings can beat either of those two.

So my new approach for finding new shows in the upcoming season?
Search for shows listing Itou Shizuka as a seiyuu, so far I have:
1) Jormungand... Looks like some action-crap-whatever. Fck it, Ill watch it.
Had the same experience with HanaKana a while back. Falling asleep to HanaKana narration drama CDs ftw.
