= 1 Lannister (still firmly in control, has the king, a good army and loads of money) ▲ 2 Tyrell (plays the Game well, about to have the queen, Margaery can control Joffrey, decent army and wealth) ▼ 3 Stark (lost the Karstarks, will soon gain Frey's forces) ▲ 4 Targaryen (playing Spartacus. Will be the strongest force when dragons grow and slaves and Dothraki join) ▼ 5 Baratheon (has not recovered from Blackwater Bay. Melisandre may still assassinate anyone with a shadow)
Agree/disagree? Also, where would the wildlings and the white walkers fit in the ranking?
nice power rank :D
stark's are not so ▼ imo. Getting the frey's back will be huge for them
Getting Frey's forces will put Robb at what, 25k-30k men? I seem to remember reading in this thread that house Tyrell had some 40k men at their disposal, plus a close alliance with the Lannisters and political influence. So the Starks still have some catching up to do for rank #2, which will be hard to do if they don't even hold their own capital Winterfell and have no allies outside of the North. Even if Robb were to form an alliance with Stannis to help Stannis take the crown in exchange for the North's independence, Robb+Stannis would still be weaker than Lannister+Tyrell. Add to that a potential wildling invasion which Robb doesn't know of yet, and I can't see the Starks going anywhere but down.

Power is a curious thing. The king, the priest, the rich man—who lives and who dies? Power resides where men believe it resides. No more and no less.

Nope, not at all.
Alternatively, speculation could be put in spoilers to prevent, er, spoilers. Oh the irony, I know, I know. But that way people could at least chose not to read any speculation of any kind.
Hmm, worth a poll?

Why not, she does not seem less capable than the average man. And she surely has enough motivation.

So our power ranking determines who has the power?

I'm not saying Osha couldn't climb over the wall but wouldn't it be much simplier to just use a sea route ? They have trees on the northern side, why can't they build boats?
Sailing around out of sight of the shore takes a fairly large amount of skill or equipment while doing it in sight of the shore will get you sunk by the watch. They probably lack the knowledge and technology. That said you'd think there would be a business in trafficking people out of there.

Aren't the other two manned Nights Watch forts positioned on the coasts? I'd assume they would be watching for any ships coming across?

Eastwatch by the sea is on the eastern end of the wall, right on the coast. The wall does not seem to extend all the way to the west coast as it looks like the Shadowtower is at the estuary of a river which flows into the sea. It looks like the could go around the wall to the west and cross the river, but it would be a very long march through the Frostfang mountains and they would then need to find trees to make boats in what looks like arctic conditions (no trees, just ice).
Meh lets not think too deeply about this. If this was reality of course you could always get past the wall via boat. Or walk on the water once it is frozen in winter. But oh well its a story and you cant.

I would put the wildlings 5th and white walkers 6th. the whites would've attacked the wildings already if they were strong enough. Stannis as 7th.

At this point, I'd rank the wildlings at least below the Targaryens. Because I mean... The wildlings may be tough, but The Unsullied are just tougher, trained better, and have more discipline. Plus dragons. The wildlings are probably above the Baratheons at this point since Stannis has only lost men at this point and has not gained any.
Too little of the white walkers have been shown on the show for me to try and rank them, though.
