The mangaka is japanese, I highly doubt he knows italian or cares well enough to have had thoughts about bambina's gender. He probably just liked the name.
It reminds me of Katekyo Hitman Reborn, which was full of italian names and they were mostly terrible, wrong and out of place. Also Bambina looks more male than female so far.

Pretty weird, but I think this is more of a premonition of what will happen if they attack Bambina, not reality. Just a deep feeling of despair manifesting itself in the form of a visual stimulus.
Also the money king being on clevel of 6000 is a bit surprising. The big bad battle wolf had a clevel of 6090 which would make them fairly well-matched. I guess all of the 8 kings have similar levels so they don't out-right kill each other off, but a difference of ~100 at those levels seems insignificant.
Btw anyone remember at what levels Toriko & co. are after the timeskip? ~1000s? ~2000s?
K so in chapter 275 Toriko says he can intimidate creatures of clevel 500/600 so he's definitely up there. Zebra being 2nd strongest probably also. Coco and hair-dude might be lagging behind a bit.

They just handled a 1.4k monkey instructor pretty easily so 2k sounds about right I think.

I'm still puzzled how much trouble the simple apes gave them (Magikarp uses "Enbu" - No effect!), yet they easily beat the boss of the area very fast. He couldn't have been that much higher than the small apes, so why would so many small apes kill themselves in fear of the boss of the area if he isn't even much stronger than a few, let alone thousands of them?
