Seeing everyone on Reddit bandwagon against Fear is quite sad. Maybe not the most stellar performance by him, but what can he really do that game? Seems impossible to actually try and set the tempo when both RTZ and Sumail are off farming alone (and getting picked off). And from the games I've seen it's the same story every game, just that it works against lesser teams/unprepared teams. Teams of VPs calibre, not so much.

EG needs to expand their hero pool and strategies. Playing passively and outfarming the opponents may work against T2/T3 teams but not against T1. When EG announced Fear would return as a core player I imagined they would take advantage of his huge hero pool but they have done just the opposite. For example at DAC 2015 he played PA, troll, jugg, AM, lycan, medusa, lone druid, and luna.
