I really want to see some good ol' methodical 120+ minute game with Naga, Prophet, Morhpling, PL&KoTL, ... Ever since Alliance ascended to Rat Godhood status, I've been dying to see if someone could rivalize their title. And what better contender than two chinese teams. On one hand we have Sylar, from old LGD. Paired with rOtK and Super from the old DK. On the other hand we have xiao8, the highly regarded director from old LGD leading the young talented TongFu. And what better scenario than a TI Grand Finals, first time East vs East. I'm being serious, I hope the other guy who enjoys Naga games agrees on this one with me.

I enjoy some naga games (where the rest of the team does something instead of turtling). I am so hyped for this finals. What happens when two early/mid game oriented teams clash together ? Action dots, many kills incoming

I don't think VG or Newbee play a lot of Naga though. As much as I enjoy seeing Naga games, I don't think we'll see one here.

Sounds counter productive, to say the least. Google returned me nothing. I should've known, given it's volvo who's as transparent as a cardboard

VG clearly heard the audience or commentary. It's just so sad because C9 had them figured out and probably would have won the series. Meh, now we got the most anticlimatic finals possible. I just hope it's not a quick 3-0.

Now don't ask me why Valve didn't squeeze the event a day shorter instead.

one team is composed of rejected, kicked and abandoned players while another is (supposed to be) an all-star team brought and bought by a millionaire for the sole purpose of winning the international. One team topped the group stages while the other dangled between elimination and tie-breakers. One team climbed its way out of the bowels of the lowest seed to become the first finalist while the other had to fall and again climbed thru the toughest path to get the finals. One was left the promise of an old friend while the other was left something to prove. Both will fight for the money but most importantly, like EVERY dota game, both will fight for immortality.
