depends on your build
if you get autoattack damage after a bkb+sheep or something similar you can put out a lot of damage lategame
he farms really fast too

i disagreed on him being a hard carry because although he has the potential its not how you play him
you dont pick him hoping to win teamfights through his right click dmg
you want him to control the map for you, pick people off, open up their team, make them vulnerable and give yourself an advantage when a teamfight does happen, either through numbers or items and levels
the role of a semi carry achieves this

As pudge, how do you instantly dismember a hooked target?

Seems like a dumb question, but frequently I'll hook+rot and then target the enemy with my ult while he's still being pulled, only to start dismembering him at the edge/outside of rot. Even if I move toward the target while he's being pulled and cast ult, sometimes he still ends up a weird distance away from me while dismembered. I'm executing all these actions pretty quickly so I'm pretty sure it's not like I'm casting ult too late, but I see Dendi getting instant ults off with 0 range between himself and the hooked target so there must be some way (other than somehow being Dendi)

You activate dismember on them while they are in mid air. As soon as they get in range (aka as soon as the hook finishes), you will start dismembering.
The only barrier to truth is the presumption that you already have it. It's through our pane (pain) we window (win though).

you most likely play with delay? otherwise i cant see why you wouldnt dismember straight away
although you shouldnt walk towards the hero while hes coming to you, since the hero will be pulled to where you casted the hook, meaning youll just be walking further away from his landing spot

The bite should be instant as long as you click the hooked hero as the hero is being hooked. I mean there is a delay due to the animation but it should be within rot range definitely.

The interval between slashes is 0.4 sec while your frontswing is 0.33 sec. However with enough attack speed you can attack more times

so is that mean on 1v1 situation at ulti level 1 Jugg will hit 5 times ? (3 from ulti, 2 from auto attack)

Pretty sure that is not the case in Dota 2, or fountain hooks wouldn't work like they do.

I think in dota2 it's to where you were standing in the moment the hook connects with the target, not sure

^ That is correct. You can test by moving directly after you launch a hook, and when you hook something and it's being pulled back, they'll land in the spot you hooked, not in the spot where you moved to while they are coming back.

Pretty sure that is not the case in Dota 2, or fountain hooks wouldn't work like they do.

what i meant was where you were standing when the hook hits
the time difference between casting and landing is so short i didnt think i had to be precise enough, but in the case of fountain hooks it does matter so i guess i misjudged there
same for dota 1 and 2
