I wonder if you should go for Tranquil's when your team has enough Arcane's. I assume that you go primarily Arcane for the team.

You get Arcanes if your team absolutely needs one and it's not really suitable for someone else to get it. You get Tranquil if you have a really rough early game, and absolutely need to get your upgraded boots while moving on to other items.

Are they taken as core for any heroes? Do top level teams ever grab them? I sometimes take them on support heroes, but I'm often thinking that phase boots could work better.

pretty good on bat cus it lets you skip roh and the bonus movespeed is nice other than that it lets you skip vanguard on radi heroes (tranquil + vit booster > radi > heart) like spec, doom, phantom lancer

Hood is pretty good for him if you want something to turn your RoH into. And he needs the attack speed from treads pretty badly compared to Spec or Lancer (awful agility gain and not an illusion hero).

tranquil is just a nice alternative for when you're having a tough early game or you want the radi really early most of his damage comes from his spells/radiance anyway

depends on if u need to cover support items at first basi+2 mana pots is generally preferred for the jungle and makes jungling super easy sobi+a bunch of mana pots works okay too if you don't plan on getting basi if you need to support courier+sobi+mana pots wards+sobi+mana pots skill build: wqwqqrqww if you plan on killing stuff early on (do this most of the time) wqwqwrwqq if you plan on pushing stuff early on jungling: theres a lot of variation, for example u can help out your laner by denying lane creeps and using them to jungle (as they walk toward the first tower). slows down jungling a bit but is pretty helpful for your laner there's a couple ways to jungle but i think this is the fastest and least spawn-reliant at the beginning @30s kill ez camp use your 6 eidolons to put out a lot of damage on the nearest hard camp (on the unconvertable creep) @1:05 kill the hard camp use your 6 eidolons to kill the ez camp @1:40 kill hard camp radi, med camp dire use your 6 eidolons to kill/hurt the camp again (don't block) or move on to another camp

After that you should probably grab boots and the two most common paths from here are: - Str treads (If you wish to get a fast blink, I'd suggest grabbing str treads or at least a bracer so you don't blink in and die) - Mekansm I saw someone suggest tranquil boots for ursa before and that reminded me I planned to try that out. Actually might not be a bad item for enigma as well considering soul ring eats your hp, because later you can dissamble the boots into Mek/Pipe and Basillius (even a late basillius wouldn't be a bad idea if you don't already have one).
