[edit] Oh. My god. Just tested, they actually do. That's fucking hilarious. The window with torrent is goddamn tiny (like 0.3s) but it's actually possible.

AFAIK that's the only even slightly feasible option.

You can at least Blink Dagger during Omnislash and direct it a bit like that but I'm not aware of anything else.

And I don't think you can force staff yourself (plus you face a random direction) so your best hope is to force staff an enemy to you, which is simply not worth lol.

You can force staff an enemy away to not hit them, or force staff the enemy hero you're on to try to transfer to another enemy.

Like when you have a defensive support and a good farm, can it be better to get divine as first major item on divine carries? i would guess no cause even with good farm you want some kind of item to make you tanky before you get rapier so that you don't risk feeding it away

If you have "good farm" on a carry, that usually means you shouldn't be taking unnecessary risks, because with a good start, your farm speed naturally increases and you get more ahead unless you feed away that advantage. Buying a Rapier is the riskiest possible thing you can do.

I would say that these need to be some very, very, ,......, very special circumstances, certainly you would also need to factor in the enemy lineup at the very least. If we keep with the theme of this thread, then the simple answer would be "no".
