I mean solo ranked cm is kinda entertaining . I had a thread about drafting but it changes totally from patch to patch. No one really posted draft stuff there besides me and I wasmt playing for quite a while. And some things are still generally gonna be more true at low levels, like there's a definite meta to 3.5k drafting , I'm just not aware of what it is right now, last I played undying was being first picked a bunch for instance, even though he saw little pro play.
I dunno, the thread greatly entertained me but as I'm at a funeral this weekend and a bunch of other shit I can't do it. I don't even know what thread that would be, I do think not having that thread is why we get draft questions in this thread because it isn't worth a thread for one game but it isn't a simple answer either.
Maybe a thread per patch? It could help some solo ranked players as well with if they picked correct hero.

Hi can someone explain the current meta Jugg skill build to me? Seems like Blade fury is getting maxed first again which puzzles me, because no matter how I look at it Blade fury is a value point skill. Also, is the MoM build still viable or is there a better way to do it? Thanks

Blade Fury has never been purely a value point skill. It has fantastic per-rank gains (gains 300 damage, reduces CD by 24s and reduces mana cost by 30), it's just that it was a value point when the game was about farming for the first 20 minutes because it does almost nothing to make you farm faster.
We're not playing 6.82 anymore. Blade Fury was always an amazing skill for level 7-9 teamfighting ability that was just cast aside when no carries in the game actually did any fighting in that level range. As that's clearly not the case in 6.84 with the new trend of heavy carry teamfight participation early, Blade Fury is the best skill for that.

A lot about personal preference, what hero you play and what heroes you play against etc. So impossible to exactly when its good or not, but heres some situations to consider it though:
- Standard carry freefarm situation. If you can freely get a midas at some 6min and your hero makes good use of it thats often a good idea. Basically you get it so early that its much more likely it ends up paying off.
- If you believe a game is gonna be very long. Maybe very farm oritented heroes on both teams, maybe great anti-push or bad push. Anyway even a late midas can be good if you dont see a game ending fast. I for one am much more likely to build a midas in techies games than non-techies games as an example.
- In some situations as a comeback-mechanic if you're shut down as a carry in the early game.
- Various well-scaling supports or supports with potential to turn into cores can get it to speed up that process. A support Warlock can get it to reach Agh+Refresh faster. A support WK whos having a good game can get it to turn into a carry.
- Heroes who scale very well with levels (Invoker comes to mind). Similar reasoning for heroes who really gets a big lvl 16 upgrade. Get midas for the fastest road there.
- Also consider if you have some really core item you need in your early game. Compare offlane centaur to offlane phoenix as an example. The centaur needs his blink, getting a midas will delay that heavily. And getting it after blink is way too late, as such hes a pretty bad midas builder. Meanwhile phoenix doesnt have any core early game item like that and wants to reach lvl 16 for harder to kill egg, as such he's a much more suitable midas builder.
These are some thing to consider at least. Though as I said, in the end it all depends or so many things. And theoretically good midases can turn out to be really bad choices in some games too, you never know...

always compare midas to what you would get instead of the midas
on supports, can you really go without that force or glimmer or blink etc for another 7-10 minutes? will your team be losing big fights or be forced to avoid them because of your midas?
on carry, can you farm ok and participate in fights that you should without that drums or hotd or half of your next big item?

Is there a cap of 8 buffs+debuffs active at the same time? I'm positive this happened to me in a game (which saved my ass), but google yields no result.

It only displays a certain number of buffs/debuffs but any number can apply to my knowledge

You can easily see AA apply both cold feet and negative urn on me. Like 1sec after he applies urn i lose satanic+negative solar crest+requiem of souls. No cold feet nor urn debuff appears in their place.
I thought i was smart and life break'd (life broke? :p) him on low HP to get some distance to prevent cold feet stun. WHich is also why I keep running to the right. But no debuff there. Im pretty sure I woulda got stunned and died normally, now I killed both jugg and Clinkz.

I know you're immune while you're flying, but are you saying it also removes debuffs? I guess thats possible though...

You literally linked the page that explicitly states, and I quote, "This modifier turns him spell immune, disarms him, and forces him to face the target. The spell immunity dispels debuffs upon cast." (emphasis mine).

Magic Immunity by nature dispels on activation. The Wiki article states it for clarification, but even if it didn't, pretty much every source of Magic Immunity dispels on activation.

Yes. Dispels debuffs. Though it's the same for ally cast repel too, iirc.
