First and MOST important - good captain that knows how to draft in the meta, and most importantly how to draft to exploit his teammates strong sides. And second you need high skilled players to execute his ideas. Alliance at the moment lacks the captain imo, also i don't see the mechanical skills in some of the players. I mean look at their last games the execution and the teamwork was on ITS A DISASTAH level... | ||
